I'd like that, too. I quit the Beach when they made the Pearl all ages. You don't want a warm water attraction and little kids in the same place. Yeah, I'm not attracted to the warm water areas around kids

Lines seem to be longest in the morning. If you purchase your pass on line you can print out a voucher that will get you into the park ONCE. I do that and then come back later in the day to process and am usually out in just a few minutes. I think it was about 2:00 or 3:00 each time and I've done it at CP and KD too.

A bit off topic but, right on it for me. My family had decided a few weeks ago to not visit KI this year. It was looking to be my first year without a Platinum Pass too. Because of the reports I'm hearing about the new management style, I just called my wife to ask that we get Platinum Passes for the whole family.

Thanks for posting. I've spoken with him a couple times and was impressed with how genuine and easy going he was. I would have expected him to kinda rush the conversation to get back to what he was doing but he never does. A couple times he needed to get moving so he invited me along so we didn't have to end the conversation. I really was impressed.

First off, thanks to the OP. Glad you're not letting the disbelievers bother you, it is an Internet forum so... feel free to post please. This off-season rivals 07' when we got DB...and I joined KIC because I'm so excited about all the things I'm hearing about the new management style. Everything from utilizing the beach at CP and the removal of Big Ugly Screen to the first hand accounts of the improved atmosphere at KI and the quality of Mr. Oumet's character. I like to give credit where it's due and I'm incredibly grateful for the changes you're bringing my beloved parks, especially concerning greater empowerment of and appreciation for CF employees.

I wonder if they stand on better footing(s)...

^That's no good. I've had it happen at concerts before... Of course I also thought this head banging kid was going to cut me with his hair at a Clutch show last week I guess it all comes down to respect and courtesy.

Comparing the crowds at CP and Ki is almost as bad as comparing what was safe 30 years ago to today. It's apples to oranges.

Mine also and I'm basically waiting on word from you now And I'm not in a hurry to get to CF parks partly because of it. I am however booking a trip for some Holiwood Nights!

@ Terpy, looks like we we're posting at the same time I feel a bit honored sir! I really hope for similar deals at KI. I've ragged on CF food pretty harshly but will always give credit where due and plan to go out of my way to make use of these deals.

I sometimes go to parks with a buddy who has a fear of heights. He makes drop rides so much more fun and I love messing with him about how high up we are or how much further we're going up.

It's been proven many times that CP has plenty of land. They move attractions and literally built Raptor right over a midway. Actually there is a very cool video showing that process.

Ruby Tuesdays. I love a good salad bar. CF has lost a lot of money from food from me and my crew. We did like the sports bar, under Raptor at CP, but had sub par food twice in a row and I don't want to go back. To compare, I assume to get all my food inside Holiday World and love that we never need to leave. I'm glad CF is loosing the "people gotta eat" mentality.

I see water coasters as a kinda trend setter with how popular they are at HW. I think it makes sense for Ki to get one for Soak City.

I had some pretty awesome plans but then I launched an even more awesome new business so... I'm kinda re-planning Holiwood nights is now a maybe. Several trips to KI- the highlight being my daughter's love for the Dinos... it's true and what I look forward to most this season. Probably just a trip or 2 to CP. Annual business trip to Hershey, lost last year to the flood. The videos of the flooded park just hurt. I adore Storm Runner and Sky Rush looks amazing. Canada's Wonderland is probably off as I canceled my Virginia trip for the KD and Carowinds opening days and didn't miss it. Definitely making the KIC event and Ride Warriors Weekend... see what I did there?

McSalsa your hurting me. Adding Anaconda+ 300 feet is a torturous thought (thanks for lightening the blow with B&M). I love Arrows but 1 lap on Anaconda in it's current form is enough for my life... just like SOB, sadly.

They emailed em like crazy during Ride Warriors Weekend. That event was so good my brain stored it in the wonderful dream section.

I may be showing emotions clouding logic but I'm really hoping CP keeps with their "holy amazingness" tack record and gives us the first B&M 4D!
