No one is calling anyone a liar. Doesnt matter if you are telling the truth from as you see it, the guard would have his version of the truth. Then there is what actually happened. Thats why in a car accident, the police take both stories. Not because one person could be a liar, its to figure out what happened. And next time, maybe not laugh so loud.

Oh I see what your saying. Im not sure I agree with it was added as sensationalized, or at least no more than when you see a story about a teacher doing the same thing. I actually think the fact that he worked at DW is the bigger story. People are arrested for this, but you never expect one of them to be employed at a place where they would be around youngins.

I have no problem with a designated smoker section being nice. I have a problem with the park taking a nice resting spot for people of all ages and turning it into a smoking section. Heck they have an entire queue building not being used. Couldn't they find a way to turn that into a smoking section (Flight Commander)

Double post because I have issues with Tapatalk ... The smoker area in Coney is also "in the way"... another nice tree lined area in the middle of the walk way designated for smokers. Two problems with this. 1. The smoke still blows directly into the mid way, 2 the other areas to sit and rest in Coney are either in direct sunlight/no trees or the ones that have trees have KI workers set up in front of them.

Yea Tower Gardens saddened me the other day. I vaguely remember the waterfall from when I was little. My little guy needed a break from the heat so I wanted to stroll through there but there were 5 to 7 smokers in there and no water running. But the brick and the trees made it seem like such a nice area to beat the heat. Instead we sat under the Skyline pavalion... not nearly as nice

Well our poster did say he was laughing excessively loudly..... maybe someone complained to the security guard? Also challenging a security guard or officer with lines like "I pay your salary" is not only childish but rude. When your retort is that because you didn't like a rule it shows how mature and responsible you are or in this case are not.

I was being sarcastic. (We really need a sarcasm font on here). JDF stated he would like it better if for $10 more they offered unlimited drinks.

Don't confuse a fact with a developing story. If I call WLWT this afternoon to report that I saw a building on fire. Depending on what other news is happening that day, they station will report it and send out a crew. These things can be verified by police scanners and phone calls. They are not false facts. Didn't Coney Mall get new pavers? I would like the black top around the Eiffel Tower replaced with something a little less heat reflective.... It would be nice to have each path off of the Tower to be paved in similar ways to the area it goes, concrete to Octoberfest, bricks to the front etc. Also, plant a bunch more trees please! Haha now they are so different than the previous ones. Now will I do this when my little one is over the age of 7, I hope I dot have to. Added bonus, my dad had a stroke and it will make me feel a bit better having him watch my son or if they want to ride a IDE together....
