I dobut the red shipping container holds WindSeeker parts. If it did, then why would it be used as the banner for the announcement page briefly?
-
Well, I guess now we know where the fence in the website's photograph is.
-
Looks like a new video teaser on the park's YouTube page.
-
Thank you for clarifying that. I've scavenged the video countless times looking for clues already and come up empty handed...I guess I began ignoring sentence structures, grammar, word usage, and the like. Not that I pay any attention to that to begin with.

New World Classic As in a ride that will be considered a classic? Or a really good ride? I'm so confused...
-
This new 'thing' opening this year sounds a little far-fetched. Assuming the picture of the red ribboned tree is fairly recent, more like impossbile.

I still don't know what to make of these clues, nevertheless how they fit together. I'm still analyzing the footprint from several months ago... 200th post!

Hm...a red fence? The side of a shipping container? Also, it looks like a picture of a goose has been added to the photo gallery recently.

There is a long list of old rides I would like to see at Kings Island, each less likely than the last. Seriously though, I have no idea what to make of these 'clues' anymore.

I don't think the bringing back the Safari monorail would exactly be 'turning the clock back on thrill;' as (from what I've heard) the monorail wan't very thrilling to begin with.
-
I'm going; I expect to be there anywhere from five to six and a half hours.

Too bad I never really noticed that covered walkway. I believe there are some photos of it in the photo gallery.

Windseeker & Coney Mall Construction Continues
LordSkippy replied to BoddaH1994's topic in Kings Island Central Newsroom
I hope that wooden structure matches the paint scheme of Vortex's station. -
I am absolutely frightened of the Crypt. No, not because of the terrible theming, because I don't like being held upside-down for an extended period of time.

Personal Belongings On Roller Coasters at KI
LordSkippy replied to KILateNighter's topic in Kings Island
I have never had a problem with losing personal belongings on a roller coaster or other ride. However, I would also suggest cargo pants, or at least pants with very deep pockets. -
Even though it wouldn't make very much sense for the park, I'd like to see The Racer and Beast open for ERT. While neither coaster ever has what I consider 'long lines,' I like both rides enough that I wouldn't mind riding them over and over all morning.

Good call with Ravine Flyer II.

Who Plans to be a Windseeker FIrst Rider?
LordSkippy replied to KI FANATIC 37's topic in Kings Island
I'll be there for ERT, though I plan to ride WindSeeker once and Vortex for the rest of the time. -
i spy no lift hill, i do however agree with the part under The Racer. my vote, if even something for the everyday guest, is for a new area of the park. Where did you get this picture? What exactly is it? Obviously it's plans for something, but I just don't know where this is from. I believe those are the plans for Diamondback.

According to the almighty Unofficial Guide to Paramount's Kings Island, it was called Alley Cat 500 before that.

2011 Gold Pass ERT includes WindSeeker and Vortex
LordSkippy replied to jcgoble3's topic in Kings Island
As much as I am glad to have WindSeeker and Vortex added to the ERT list, if Diamondback and Beast are removed, I will be very disappointed-partly because I'd rather have them instead of WindSeeker and Vortex, and partly because it will become nearly impossible to break last year's personal Diamondback ride count. Oh well, I guess all things must pass. -
I'm leaning more towards that being a path; the merging of the red lines right underneath The Racer's hill doesn't seem to fit the description of any known coaster element.
-
I believe re-tracking is when sections of track on a roller coaster are repaired or replaced.

Up until recently, I thought that I had never ridden the Keelboat Canal. That is, until I stumbled upon some really old home videos of my first trip to Kings Island. Even though I don't remember it at all, at least now I know I've ridden it.
