Nope, those were the ones I was refering too in the post above. I still cannot hit them!!! No matter how hard I try, but I did manage to hit the picture of the old lady once!!! she turns into a skeleton!

No I was banned from Pkiguide.com for other reasons (jacob and I didin't mix well, he didn't like me from the beginning and he still doesn't). I am not the one who always causes trouble, thats simply not true. I just make strong points, at least I think I do. And I will be the first to admit that in this particular forum, I am the minority on a-lot of subjects. A LOT. But I am o.k. with it. Just becuase I constantly disagree, (which I really don't but it sure seems like it on here) doesn't mean I am trying to start fight. I just view PKI in a much different manner than you guys do...

No, I heard its packed that day. I have never witnessed it but everyone that went said it was wall to wall guests. I would love to see the fireworks in person on that night. I hear its mind blowing.

I love DDR, my favorite songs are: LOVE SHINE IN, GRADUATION, and that one song that sounds like its from Ricky Martin. I am still on Light, I just learned to do it about two weeks ago. But, I just recently got a version for Ps2 and I got the dance pad, so I am getting better. Progressively of course. lol.

My highest: 1200, They have named all the good techniques above. But don't go for the hard ones to hit, hit the easy ones and hit them multiple times. Thats the best way to get high points. But also, go once sepcifically to get the hard ones and get to see the stuff that you usually don't get to. Like the stuff behind the curtains and stuff in the sitting room. Some of its kinda cool.

Sorry, I screwed up, just ignore this post.

Well thats good, I respect the park for that. I am also glad that some of you got to work and still see your families for Easter. I despise that Losing Streak, and you are just doing it to get a rise out of me because you know that I would flip out. Well I am not going to, but I must say this, anyone who even thinks about comparing another person like that to some one of Saddam's stature obviously has no contemplation about how awful he truly is and thats a very shallow thought to have. I would seriously re-examine myself before making another inferance like that again. Anyways, I am glad you all got some time off, if you wanted it and that the lines weren't very long. Which was a definite good thing. Anyways, I hold to my belief that Easter should be treated in a more proper manner. By the way, Happy Easter everyone!

sounded like a good day to me! I was there too and the lines stayed really short all day!!! I loved it! I also rode TR:TR, (FINALLY) and that was awesome, as it always is! So I too had a fantastic day on Friday.

Apples and Oranges? hardly, I believe we are closer to them than we are Cedar Point or Six Flags. And no, chipped paint is not a part of life, it is a sign that A: Its old and some one has decided not to keep it looking nice;or B: The park is lazy and do not want to keep it looking nice We all know PKI is not lazy, so all that tells me is that they don't want to do it. Which is not an acceptable answer in my eyes. I know I am holding PKI up to a high standard but its rolling with the big dogs now and if it is, then it needs to be treated like it is. Like I said, they are moving in the right direction, but still have a long way to go wtih a lot of things to do. Return_of_Yogi-hint, hint, yes they do. I found out about on Travel Channel. I didn't believe them at first, but then they pictured them doing it at 12:30 at night.

Did you guy's read the post? the whole post? or just what you wanted to read. I said:"not all people are religious and celebrate this holiday, but they should still be home with their families" this applies to the workers at the park too. And PKI_GUY, this holiday is not just some day where an Easter bunny hopes around givig candy. I did find that offensive. Look in a history book and find it, you don't have to be a Christian to know the stuff behind it. Not to be harsh, but by naming it Easter Sunday you did infer to a religious holiday, meaning that this very easily could turn into a religious debate and probably will. I am happy that you got today off, and that the lines were so short, but I think this needs to be closed before a religous debate should happen. Not even I want one of those. You guys better be praying that I don't manage this park one day. Because if I do, it WILL be closed today, Good Friday, Memorial day, and July 4th (while still keeping the fireworks display because thats plain old awesome!!) I would keep the park open one of those days in September that its usually closed. This is all hypothetical of course. Just making a point. By the way, why is the park closed for almost all of September????

Lower the price of pop, you may end up selling more of it and end up making more in the long run. Its outrageous what the price for it is, No matter what it goes too.
-
Well great! but there is no chance that I am going on EASTER SUNDAY. The park shouldn't even be open today, much less any other business out there. Even if you don't celebrate the religious Easter, you should still be home with your families.

I do , and I know they can. Not mention I think thats more needed than any new ride. The park needs to be completely redone (new paints, new lights, better technology, better up keep of theming, take of the rides they already have, imporve the rides they already have and make them the best possible. A sit down resteraunt, new pathways, new plant life, finish the themig on some of the rides "cough, cough *tomb raider* cough, cough *ceilings* cough, cough".) and improved. The park wants a higher rating and higher place on the charts, here's an idea: then start getting the place cleaned up and improve the rides you've already got. quote:"you need to take care of what you already have before you start getting new ones"-parents around the world. The best piece of advise the park could get right now. The new restaraunts are a step in the right direction, but it still has a long way to go. Paramount is finally fixing the damage after years of ignoring it all. But they still don't get it. (hint, hint:IOA and USO repaint everything every night: hint ,hint)

WHY are you bringing this up again! this topic is old! Do I like I work at the park? does my job description say:"mr. matinence"?The Racer might open or it might not! get over it! gosh your obsessed! You can find something else to ride! JEEZ PEOPLE! these ride obsessions! THEY'RE KILLING ME!!!!AH!!!! ( LOL ) (in reference to another topic) hehe. You know I just joking with ya Teenageninja!
-
Yes it does! I am soo excited! Where did you find the poster?!?!? I really want to see it! The trailer is awesome!

not a chance, it will most likely be a very good day to go. With the Easter holiday and all. I am looking foward to ride TR:TR. My friend said that it broke down a few times today ( nothing serious, longest was only a few minutes). They did tell him though: " we will be runinning a night shift tonight to work on the ride all night long so we can finally get these problems worked out. It will be open tommorrow no matter what." So thats a good thing.

That'd be funny to see! The lifter stuck half way! lol
-
Not at all!! Just suggesting an idea. You know, so everyone could take part. And are you really updating the site again? yikes! how much btter can you make it? if you are, then what can we expect from it?
-
Yep I do too. And my friend has told me the same thing. 20 CENTS and every cola you could think of.
-
What if we could each take over a ride in the ride section of this website? Something like what Themeparkinsider does, but for PKI exclusively. We already have the section on rides, but if we each took one ride over and constantly updated it then we could make that section of the website so much better. What do you think? it could take some of the responsibility off the webmasters, and give us each a roll in the website. I don't know of the capability of the website and if that could happen, But I thought it would make the site more complete and take some of the stress off the Webmasters.
-
Yeah. I agree. I don't go for the atmosphere (although PKI's is wonderful ) I go to ride my favorite. I Now know that they have every plan on it being open and have been testing it all week with little to no bumps. So thats always good. If its open (i'll call the park on Saturday) I'll be there on Saturday. You guys might see me! (not that anyone here would want to. ) (lol) But, if its open, then I will definetly be there. Like Solid Snake said, I have already been to the park and rode everything else (I went opening day) So, if my favorite not open, then why bother. I can go and do other things outside of the park that I enjoy until it is. update: (not that anyone would care) but, I just called again and had them directly phone the ride operators for TR:TR. The ride is open and has been running perfectly all morning. They do not anticipate any more closures of it until this weekend is over. So there it is, TR is up and runing perfectly. Lara and guests are finally Tomb Raiding again!

My favorite area would have to be Rivertown. It has a more adventurous and immersive feel to it. I like that in a theme park. Total immersia.

I am not asking what the deal was with it. Know the difference. I am asking if they plan on it being open. It actuallly has very little to do with those previous topics which were shut down for good reason. Now just please answer my question if you can, does the park plan on TR:TR being open this Saturday?
