Cedar Point 2020 Discussion
SonofBaconator replied to Maverick44's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
$50/75+ a ticket? I might be too generous. The distance between CP and KI is 200 miles in 3.5 hours (assuming there's no traffic). Would be an interesting service to say the least, but I'm sure that would hurt CP's resorts which is why I wouldn't ever see this happening. -
@DustinTheNow could you draw a concept of a dual station Invertigo? I'm curious how it would look now

I remember when people thought CW was getting a giga dive

This would never happen but I would love a bus that shuttles you from CP to KI; mainly because I'm too lazy to drive four hours. -

Which Cedar Fair parks have the best lineups?
SonofBaconator replied to FUN&ONLY!'s topic in KI Polls
If we're talking coasters- I have a weird way of ranking them between parks. I compare the top 3 coasters and then all the others. For example I would take KI's top 3 vs Canada's Wonderland's top 3 and see which has the strongest lineup. Then I'd do the same for the rest of the rides not in the top 3 and so on. -

The park should get a 4d free spin. I'd treck down for that! -
The very last drop is really short- its more of a dip. I'd like that talked about

@KIghostguy True, but SV is a huge scale coaster. I was talking about coasters like Twisted Timbers, and Railblaizer.

Double Post. I never realized how "cheap" RMC coasters are as they average around $10 million. Compare this to B&M whuch averages as around $20 million. At this rate I wouldn't be surpised if every park in the chain has an RMC in some form or another... ....except Michigan's Adventure.

More like the 200ft RMC Woodie ;))

Looks like a head chopper affect under the first drop

I agree with you, but I don't think the park has any plans removing BLSC unless it's reliability goes down enough to justify its removal.

Seems like the back park of CM has received a lot of love this past year. I like how they updated the Killmart building to make it fit in ans the area looks a lot better. The most awkward part of CM is the part where BLSC resides by the dodgems. This place would be the most likely spot for flat rides if they ever wanted to add more.

I feel like if it were for Grand Carnivale it would have been set up earlier. Also has anyone asked the park? I think they wouldn't keep it a secret if the building was built for the event.
