Last Wednesday it was sprinkling and showers all day. The larger rides only shut down for a little while but were running most of the day. It was fantastic! Pretty much everything was walk-on. I'd recommend buying a water proof bag for your phone if you carry it around though. Wal-Mart has them in their camping section for under $10. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have no inside knowledge but I think we can safely assume Shake, Rattle, and Roll isn't going anywhere. Just the fact that it is being worked on and not just idle should prove this. It looks like some giants were playing Jenga and Shake, Rattle, and Roll got in the way.

Where there is smoke there is not always fire. Case in point, this same ride less than two weeks ago.

And of course "mothers-in-law"

My wife likes to tease me by adding "the" in front of every ride name. Also when we're at a Dragons game singing Take Me Out to the Ball Game, she adds an "s" to the end of Crackerjack just to irk me. Grrrr.

Honestly I didn't think to ask yesterday. I'm pretty sure if 4 people asked we may get 4 different answers. I'm obnoxiously optimistic though and have no doubts that if the Season Long Dining Plan does go company wide next year the staff will be trained much better. At least it seems like they are erring on the side of caution if they are unsure. Hey who's gonna argue with getting more food?

I noticed on Monday that the 4pc. chicken tender meal at the Chicken Shack is no longer a part of the plan (or maybe it never actually was supposed to be).The picture of the list I posted earlier shows a 3pc. meal and 4pc. meal. I thought that seemed odd. As always "Menu subject to change".

Could they maybe be using the "scan" to double check the train to look for anyone holding a phone or camera?

I forgot how good row 8 was until I finally got it again last Thursday. Going through the batwing from the last row is amazing.

Maybe I'll tell after Drop Tower is open. It's nothing shocking. Just the time frame I was told was different than anything else I've seen on KIC. That's why I didn't post it on here. I actually laughed a little when the guy told me.

If it does open soon, the information that I was told by a random park employee was incorrect. I am shocked. Excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the floor.

I love Larosa's sweet pizza sauce. It's almost as good as fresh from the can Chef Boyardee pizza sauce. I'm just a big child.

I sense a chili war on the horizon.

I'd like to see a nice air conditioned dark ride. Maybe something along the lines of Fire In The Hole at Silver Dollar City. Sort of a dark ride and roller coaster hybrid. If it's in Action Zone maybe it can take us through some spooky woods and then have an encounter with Eve at end with a few small drops. Sort of a mild Banshee experience for the whole family.

You might want to check out a sporting goods or outdoors type store for some cargo shorts with zipper pockets. Also, if the bag you are taking isn't waterproof, look at the camping section there for waterproof bags or containers. They work really well and are relatively cheap. Definitely cheaper than a new cell phone.

I too wish there were more healthy options. I would then drown them with cheese and bacon.
