The ride is really rough. It's one I may never ride again. With that being said, it seems like the story has some things missing. A child can have a nose bleed for many reasons. The ride op may not have seen it. Someone that's not a ride op (guest) could have given him a towel. Or it could have been one he already had. With a concussion, can they tell time frames of when it happened? Rushed to the hospital after an hour? That's not rushed. If I knew my child was truly hurt it would take less time than that if I had to drive myself. My daughter caught a ball with her face. I looked at her face and knew it was minimal injury (glasses got the brunt in of the force, but did not break). We drove to the hospital within 30 minutes as a precautionary measure. This to me is a normal response to a child's injury. She had nothing broke, no concussion, not even a black eye just slight swelling. Just a wonderful evening in the ER with an Xray and some other kind of scan. If my child were truly hurt, my not so pleasant self would show especially if I felt my child was hurt and in need of care and they weren't treating her as I felt they should). I would have told them they need to get me another paramedic for a second opinion or call 911 NOW.

Is pneumonia normal? I would think you'd have an increased risk of it. I hope you're feeling much better very soon. When you are ready and able to go back to Kings Island maybe a celebratory meet up should take place.

I am the LoraX I speak for the trees....One thing I love about Kings Dominion is the amount of beautiful, healthy trees they have through out the park. I think the entire fountain area at KD was beautiful as was the area around the Eiffel Tower. It just gives it a really nice, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in.

Ape - I think you are awesome. I hope you get a "kick" out of this down the road when you think back about it. Maybe there will be a story for you to share with your son as he gets older and gets to kick the ball himself. It would be nothing shy of awesome if he kicked the ball just like you.

We were sitting in row 4, aisle seats where Trevor comes down at the end into the audience. Princess Sparkles had his front tire an inch or so away from her face. The look on her face was priceless. There is another new clown. He really favors the clown with long hair. Anyone know if they are brothers? The resemblance between the two is uncanny.

We are weird. Princess Sparkles has always loved BBOBH. So they are something we love and drag people through nearly every visit to do. I wish the shooters all worked. I wish the theming was updated, too.

We were at Chicken Shack when we heard a very loud noise. We knew it hit something. We thought it hit Festhaus. We felt the vibration over there.

I love I 305's first drop from the front seat. I don't like that drop as well further back. It is more intense the further back you sit and only ride I've actually understood what "graying out" means. The Big Droppy Thing has an amazing first drop and view. Diamondback, Intimidator, Nitro (not in any specific order, but all similar) and Millennium Force all from the front seat are all tops in my opinion. Banshee front row middle or 84.

I think Don should ride with the 100,000,000 rider. It's fitting. I think if it's someone who called into work as sick to go to KI, being the 100,000,000 person it would be hilarious. Well maybe not for them.
