But it is called "The Beast" on KI's map and logo and pretty much everything. RCDB is not a reliable source; it is like the Wikipedia of the coaster world.

How can you say that? When you think of the most famous rides at Kings Island what are they? The Beast and The Racer. They made Kings Island what they are today. Point proven. Kings Island don't seem to know how to go after that $ What happened to when they used to have ice-skating in the winter? That's money they are missing out on! When I rode Shockwave at Kings Dominion, the little boy next to me in the front row (and if I say someone is little, then they are, because I'm little too at 12), that looked to be around 8, was screaming curse words the whole ride.

I love GIB's, like Invertigos, and like Boomerangs. There is no bad Boomerang. You just have to know going into it that it will be rough.

I like the fact that loose articles are not permitted. That is the main reason it loads faster.

It seems like everyone liked SOB, Backwards Racer, TRTR and King Cobra. I wish I was big enough to ride them when they were at the park.
