Yeah that is scary hearing that uhg, hoping and praying for everyone who's lost their homes, for Dollywood and the firefighters.

It would bring back some of the nostalgia feel to the park, and they look nice lighted up during the night. It does take awhile from what you said, loading and unloading, so thats one of the down sides. I wish we had a time machine!

The Sky Ride would look great where it used to be, might have to move a few things to make it fit I think it would be pretty popular, and look nice in pictures. A Ferris wheel like what was in Oktoberfest be a good idea. They could add a lot of new ideas or old.

You guys may have seen the old Linder Room in the IR was being worked on during Haunt. That will be his new office. Heck of a view!! Where was his office at before that? Lovely view for Greg!

I like BLSC but I liked the Antique Cars/Les Taxis a lot more, and they went with the scenery. I'd like to keep blsc and move it to somewhere else in the park and put the car's back there and maybe another flat ride, but I don't think they'd do that since its about how much money at the end it takes and just to make it look better, they'd probably just put the Antique Car's somewhere else. I can hope!

They are moving right along! Anyone have any guess on how much more they still need to do? Maybe 50% of the bents are up?

He has big shoes to fill that's for sure! It's going to be strange not seeing Greg at the park. I hope Mike keeps going with the things people like and want, and even add things we didn't know we wanted till they showed us, like with Mystic Timbers (I think). I wonder what this new chapter in KI history will bring us, I'm ready for it!!!

Out of all the coasters at KI which one did you have the most fun on, and liked the best this year, if you have kids you can pick for them!

Uhg you never know, with Kings Dominion adding more stuff next year to theirs, anythings possible.

Checking out the webcam just a few mins ago, they really have done a lot of work today!

I didn't think it would add to the skyline of the park, since The Beast doesn't. But now thinking about it, The Beast is farther back and it's in the hilly area of the park, so that probably has something to do with it. It's going to be awesome seeing it done and driving in, for the first time next year on opening day.

There's going to be a lot of fun memory's made on this coaster.

That could have happened. Paramount explored the idea of removing the tower and replacing it with a Ferris wheel that was shaped like the Paramount logo. That's something I never knew... I'm very glad it never happened..

Yes the arbor will have foliage on it. Give it another year or two and it will look great! It's already starting to grow well. It would be nice if they brought back The Beast footprints. That was nice theming.

Not because they want things, but because they want to start a business and are in the process of doing it, which would make their lives better and other's. They are working with a development firm already and from what Mr. Froggett said "have already bought 26 acres, the actual Guntown Mountain site, and our partners and their investors have secured all the other properties around the mountain,” David Froggett said. “They are getting that together to … develop it into all these things we have on our list of hopefuls, I guess you would say.”The Froggetts are hoping to have some type of event on the site this fall. It looks like they are beyond the wanting stage to me.. A lot of people want things like you said, that doesn't make it right.
