I've heard several park officials said it was a mid summer decision. Maybe they accidently said that, or just wanted it to appear that way.

I wonder if Flight of Fear's ridership totals will go up or down this year. I dont see it having much of a dramatic change in either direction.

@sixohdieselrage That's a interesting point. They did say the decided to tear down Firehawk in the middle of the season. If we do get a giga, was it supposed to be somewhere else?

Or do what I did, and just go into the left back parking lot of Great Wolf Lodge. Got great shots of Firehawk and the new dorm building. Highly recommend, for the view and the fact it is legal and safe to take photos there. Also think there is a lot more of the drop gone based off my photo. The only pieces of it left are the ones connected to the support beams. Edit: I'll share those the construction for the dorm rooms soon.

Stopped by the KI area today and was suprised at the progress. Looks like that is the drop section that is standing. This was shot in the parking lot of GWL.

I just walk the path sometimes, even if I'm not going on WWC. You can get pretty close to Mystic Timbers. It's not as long as the old one, I believe. I did like how the exit was separate from the entrance. Plus the bridge going over the railroad.

@Maverick44 That is definitely my favorite design that you have done. As long as they keep it heavily dense with trees, I am all in for that. Another location I think would be nice, is between Diamondbacks outer half and The Beast.

Noticed that, too. They were extremely good at the beginning of last year. They will still alright, but wasn't quite the same.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. We overhyped it ourselves. Many people thought it shot off into another final section.

The two shows I hope are back the most are Blood Drums and "What the Dickens?".

With Firehawk being removed and the speculated giga it's quite easy for the cars to be overlooked. I think we hit a jackpot with this year's additions.

Not trying to be rude, but I hope it doesn't include an inversion. I do like the Maverick restraints a lot and makes that ride phenomenal, but I don't want it on this potentia B&M Giga. Especially if we add a Blitz down the line. I hope they add some wild elements like the one picture a couple posts ago.

Do you ever have anything positive to say? I have never seen a single post made by you that has been positive. I can't tell if you're just miserable or trying to get people wild up. Also, give a reason. Don't just blurt dull opinions out.

They should make that a new, heavily wooded new area of the park in the future. Add an Intamin Blitz that uses the terrain.

Not really, but okay. They already know what they're doing so I guarantee the chances for all that stuff is not equal. Maybe it is a Wing Coaster, or maybe it's.

I noticed that, too. I wondered if it was being built for storage, but noticed they had entrances on both sides. It will be interesting to see what's in it. I'm wondering if there may be teasers insides when the ride opens. Maybe a reference to Mystic Timbers and now maybe even Copperhead Strike. Would be neat if they referenced every ride that has a tunnel or indoor section. Edit: It's the covered bridge.
