I absolutely agree that it does take longer, but when a person states that they are only being paired up with people that are single riders and they are in fact in a "Single Rider Line" I thought it was pretty funny.

Im taking my first rides on Diamondback tommorow. Do you suggest the SRL or the normal one?

Yes. If you don't get in one or the other, it is unlikely you will ride!

through my experience, (rode Diamondback 21 times in a day) I would suggest normal line even if it is through the second turnstyle. It wont take as long as you think.

This is about an employee, not a guest.

Today when visiting the park, i walked on over to Flight Deck and one of the ride ops was saying different things after each dispatch:

Train 1:

"Enjoy your ride on Top Gun, staring the one and only Tom Cruise! Maybe you'll get to meet him!"

Train 2:

"Your off on Flight Deck, the coaster with 5 loops, 3 corkscrews, and a cobra roll all packed tightly beside the worlds largest wooden roller coaster!"

Train 3:

"Enjoy your ride on Flight Deck, Kings Islands one and only clay coaster!"

When I rode Zephyr earlier, the ride op said something like "Enjoy your ride on Zephyr, which goes up and around, then underwater 6 times. Smile for the camera!".

I just got done riding Diamondback and my train was sitting next train storage building and these two girls in front of me were talking about how fast it was. They said it wasn't fast as The Beast but it was smoother.

I also heard one walking to The Racer. One kid yells this one goes backwards! and runs to the blue side

Well if you read online, there are things that say, there is another ghost which could be Tower Johnny that haunts The Beast. Whether this is ture, or not eh. I beilieve that the park is haunted, but no need to start the debate again

I fell off a roller coaster once...Then I woke up.

When did they change disaster Transport's queue? I went last summer, and I barely saw 1/4 that queue in the video.

2008 was the last year for that version of the queue. Before Halloweekends started, the queue was even longer.

Racer seemed to win the darnedest thing quotes for me on 6/18.

In queue for Vortex right before entering station looking at 4th drop on Racer (2nd, big one) Guy says to wife and kids. "I don't think it is running." Wife "I don"t see any lights." Guy " I don't see the chain moving." Bout 20 seconds later a train goes past kids "Look it's working." Parents "Oh."

Getting in queue for Racer where there was a trash can blocking Blue side, a guy comes up behind me in queue which was 3/4 of the way full with no switch backs open. He asks "Is this backwards racer?" Which would have been right by the way, I said "No they turned it around a few seasons ago. Guy "Then we are ridding on the other side" and jumps the queue to the red side. I assumed he noticed the queue being blocked by the trash can, not. His wife and kids follow him by jumping the hand rails. I mention to her that that side was not running yet, but they had to look for themselves I guess. Once they got up there and up into the station they started waking back down again and had to get in the back of the queue for Red again....
