jcgoble3
From the park's Twitter: Two-year run for Way Too Much TV show ends Sunday. It has been one of the most popular shows in #KingsIsland history. Does this mean that this is the last year for that show? Or am I reading it wrong? RaptorGuy
Yep, show's over, unfortunately. It was a wonderful show. One of my top all time favorites. Also done is, Snoopy Rocks on Ice, and probably Sign Sealed and Delivered. All of theses shows ran for 2 years and that's all they run shows consecutively at Kings Island. The Interpreter
...unlike at that place that numbers its flags, where performed once upon a time, then a DVD plays (only at some locations).
CoastersRZ
And of course some shows that were once performed many years ago can sometimes come back...
Guest PizzaBaby027
I am happy to see Hot Blooded return for a 3rd season. Most shows here at Kings Island only last two seasons.
Kirk Sheppard
If you were a fan of the cast of last year's "Way Too Much TV," I would make it a point to be at the last show tomorrow at 4 PM as there were be some former cast members making cameo appearances... LongliveKingsCobra
I really did enjoy this show, it was the only show I watched last season, but it was great to have my Panda Express and enjoy the show!!
Captain Nemo
As Kirk said, the final show tomorrow will feature performances from last years WTMTV cast. I saw Down Home Country's last show last year and it did the same thing, it was a real treat to see.
diamondhawk
That's kinda sad, I loved Way Too Much TV. It was one of my favorite shows.
Titan
I liked the show a lot too. Heck I think it's the only show I've actually sat through.
qscott86
I hate to see the show end - Skip Smith was dreamy. But like all things, it had to end. For some (ie the performers), the end is probably welcomed. Can you imagine doing 3-4 shows a day 6 days a week for an entire summer? I'm sure they are quite worn out and sick of those songs. diamondhawk
Yeah I bet that they never ever whistle those songs again.
qscott86
"Making your way in the world today takes everything you've got... Taking a break from all your worries, sure would help a lot. Wouldn't you like to get away? Sometimes you want to go Where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came. You wanna be where you can see, our troubles are all the same You wanna be where everybody knows Your name. "
Pagoda Gift Shop
I saw the show last week for the first time. It was great. Was the show last year the exact same I assume?

Oldiesmann
I wonder if they'll have a new ice show for next year or if they'll just "rotate" in one of the ones from another CF park.
Pagoda Gift Shop
How many years has KI done the ice show now? I just realized that next season will mark 10 years for Cedar Point. Too bad I preferred the IMAX theater.

Too bad I preferred the IMAX theater. Depends on how you count 10 years. It'll be the 10th season. The ice show at CP opened in 03. Their big marketing ploy was "Where else can ride the world's tallest coaster and see a skating beagle?"
PhantomTheater
The Ice show first opened in 2002. http://rollercoasterfreak.com/CP_Brochures/2002_b_fold1.jpg
CedarPointer
Snoopy Rocks On Ice? Gosh, that sounds familiar.
