I may be wrong, but isn't Goliath at Six Flags Great America a scratch built RMC Iron Horse coaster? If so, then I could see the park doing something similar. However, I do not see the park giving the Iron Horse treatment to The Racer or The Beast, because both put Kings Island on the map. However, a scratch built one could possibly work and would be cool if they played with The Beast family tree, like "Steel Beast," or "Iron Beast." Realistically though, as some people have mentioned, Cedar Fair probably will not work with RMC because of the Texas Giant death in 2013.

Nobody cares about personal twitter accounts that you may or may not know. Furthermore, nobody cares about someone elses personal phone from KD. Name dropping does not work for you. Thanks for playing

  • I agree with the sentiment of why not both. A hybrid coaster would be a great addition to the park. Just don't convert any of the ones we already have.

How dare he mess with our emotions! I want my money back! lol... very good trolling. :P

For those of us who choose not to be on Twitter (we exist), please share said response?

Yeah, I'm still figuring out mobile. I didn't know how to post a direct link to the tweet, so I choose not to quote and let someone else do it. I know how picky some people are about direct links! :)

^ So have Madame Fatale's and Wolf Pack's, but that's never stopped the park before.

(I'll be here all week.)

EDIT - Sigh, I clarify:

Sometimes, when little riddles and clues seem to herald a coming, major attraction, with each little teaser, I feel just like the poor singer in this classic Bugs Bunny cartoon! :P

The more I'm around here the more I'm reminded of the discussions that happened in the movie "Now You See Me".... Basically the magician or illusionist draws you in real tight. Concentrate on the small details while missing the big ones....

"Things are not as they seem,

Skim milk masquerades as cream."

"Watch what they do, not what they say." Terp

"How quickly they forget."

And while y'all go to the lobby, I'll just stay here and chat with the projectionist.

Oh, look...a little birdy goes tweet, tweet, tweet. Do you think you are leaving the theater, now that you've heard the birdsong?

Terp, who does what he does because he does, as if he must -- in this case.

Timberwolf? Since they tweeted about it they were hinting at something? Just trying to decode what terpy has said.

I bet in a year I'll look back on this and be like "Oh... That's what terpy was saying, I get it now."

I don't think so!

Aaahahahahaha!

(Does anyone else get excited when Terpy's hints/cryptic posts actually make sense?)

Has that ever happened before? ;)

I've been here less than a year myself, and I usually just find myself confused by his hints. I'm ok with that, and I love a mystery. Tying up some loose ends eventually would be nice too... Hint hint :)

Maybe it's the Disney fan in me but I got an Enchanted Tiki Room vibe off that hint. Now I need a Dole Whip.

From diversions to actual name of the 2014 attraction mentioned loud and clear a year and a half before?

Or telling a group at a Mexican place the exact stats for a TTD topper the season before? None of whom believed a word of it?

Like that?

Terp, who likes to ask questions, and whose tombstone can be found somewhere near a big blue B&M not at Cedar Point...

Pretty much. I literally just changed the whole topic. Didnt mean for that to happen.

I hope this is a case of cream masquerading as skim milk. That does happen, just not as often. Where there's smoke there's fire. Parks often have 5 year plans. I would love nothing more than for a true wooden coaster to be in said plan.

I know the score. The two scores and three.

So many weathers beget necessity.

It begs the question: keep things plain, or make Giant alterations?

(A "remodeling project" is not necessarily a personal one, no?)

Tb, trying not to out-stud the stud. B)

Why, yes it is! Stronger and sturdier than ever before, too! You see, sometime between 2009 and 2011, someone had to decide between wood and steel for their "remodeling" project, too. History: repeating itself? ^_^
