Which non-coaster ride is the most under rated at Kings Island?

I'd say Xtreme Skyflyer. I never hear much about it and I think it's the most intense ride in the whole park.

Shake, Rattle & Roll, for sure. Not nauseating like Monster but not as simple as Scrambler. I love it!

Some people say it stinks, but it is one of my favorite rides.

Gosh, under rated rides. Let's see well obviously Delirium, Drop Tower, and no sure this is a flat but Thunder Alley rocks.

I always enjoy a good Ride on Viking fury in the end seat. and believe it or not, Surf Dog gives a real fun ride too!

Of course the PARK claims Surf Dog is a coaster. Or at least it did.

Really, one ride that has yet to be said, the trams, I considered it the ride to all rides, but sadly people failed to recognize who it was, a ride.

Is it just me, or are most things at Soak City named to Beach Boys songs?

They play Beach Boys a lot. So to answer that, YES!

And BB may have been inspired by the BB. Then, there was the other Beach, boys.

Without a doubt, Viking Fury and Congo Falls. While I think that most people are completely oblivious to it, the level of attention to detail on both of those rides will likely never be seen again at Kings Island.
