I got them about as "charcoal" as I could. Planning on modifying supports to include the X frame seen on the actual rides dual pole supports.

I could be wrong, but I believe they have only done work on the track as far as new paint so far, prep work may have happened on supports.

Most of the supports on the lift hill section of the ride have been re-painted already.

Thought I'd post on here, This is what The Bat will look like fully painted!

Looks like you have a little too much orange in the train. When painted, the trains will be black. But thanks for sharing. :)

I wonder why they went through the trouble of taping off the restraints. Seems like it would have been lots less prep work to paint when the restraints were off the vehicles. Especially since they take the restraints off in the winter.

Do you guys think that they will have the front seat available on media day? I would hope so, seeing that it's technically not a new roller coaster, just an upgrade of one (and a fantastic upgrade at that).

I assume they didn't need to take the restraints off, and wrapping them up is easier than taking the restraints off of the train.

All restraints on the coaster vehicles get removed, inspected, fixed and rebuilt before the new season starts.

It has not been confirmed that The Bat will operate Media Day. Don has said only that it might. More details will be released closer to the event.
