BoddaH1994
I'm out of the loop. Someone PM me and fill me in.
Magenta Lizard
I just hope they appreciate what they're getting there in the Carolinas: http://trevorbodogh.com/2015/08/30/cirque-imagine-promo-carowinds/
WindingSon
They probably don't as of right now but they'll understand quickly enough.

BansheeGal1203
I hope they continue working with Les Productions Haut-Vol because they have more than proven they can do brilliant, quality work. Sent from my SM-G860P using Tapatalk Don Helbig told us we where getting " something similar to Cirque Imagine" so i am guessing Dimentions from Canadas Wonderland
homestar92
Or All Wheels Extreme, which has some similarities.
TombRaiderFTW
^^ Oh, my heart. I will die of happiness if that's true. It's no Cirque, but Dimensions is still an awesome show in its own way. It very much has its own personality--not as much emphasis on storytelling, but still a quality experience nonetheless, featuring amazing acts and enjoyable humor.
The Interpreter
And if it is All Wheels Extreme?
TombRaiderFTW
Then I'll be wheely excited to give it try, as I haven't watched All Wheels Extreme at any park. It's presumably not a musical revue, so I am more open to giving it a few tries. Then again, I would probably be really intrigued by a musical revue that has the singers doing stunts on wheels while singing...
calakapepe
You must not understand the physical demand for singing and/ or performing stunts. Â Â -Someone who has performed singing. Someone who has performed stunts. Â Â Example: She still sounds okay, but it really sacrificed the singing quality to do all these stunts/ dances/ lifts whichever word you prefer. Singing while doing really physical things is do-able, but it's extremely taxing and can and often does sacrifice proper, SAFE singing in order to hit your notes on pitch without the breath support that you normally have. TombRaiderFTW
Oh, I have no doubt that that would be incredibly taxing just to do, let alone do well. I meant that more as a joke. Sorry, I should have clarified.

Magenta Lizard
Cirque Imagine's Facebook just linked to a video of Trevor Bodogh. It has a few glimpses backstage and onstage at KI's Cirque, from the past two years. There's also a lot of interesting footage of our favorite Bycrobat speaking and performing. KIDB
I just saw that the Kings Island FB page is giving hints about the new show. I'm not sure anything could top Cirque Imagine to me, but they've piqued my interest. Eta: Just realized that was KICentral's FB page. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk No one at the park has made it secret that Cirque Imagine won't be back. Â That show will likely be going to Carowinds. Â However, no one has exactly been quiet that the same production company will be coming up with something special for the Kings Island Theater for 2016.
Italian Job 2005
As the 2016 season approaches, I'm slowly realizing how much I'm dreading that Kings Island will be devoid of the beloved cirque show. I know getting different shows every year is good, but I just loved that show. So cool. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Magenta Lizard
I depressed myself earlier this week trying to find more info about what is coming this year. Instead I ended up on the website of the young women who did the trapeze act. I am going to miss getting to see them perform every week.
Infinity
I have a feeling we might be getting the Cirque Dimensions show by the same production company that is down in Canada's Wonderland. Crossing my fingers!!
Honorarius
^^^ I really didn't think Dimensions was that great... Hope KI gets something better than it...
Magenta Lizard
Cirque Imagine at Canada's Wonderland wasn't as good the year before we got it, from what I've seen. I'm excited and curious to see what comes this year.

Crossing my fingers!! Interesting to think that we might get another Cirque themed show...would Kings Island really do that after two years of Cirque Imagine? I mean the people did like the show, as evidenced by the full houses all the time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
rcwizard13
I would love another magic show. I enjoyed Ed Alonzo much more than Cirque.
Italian Job 2005
yea well there was a second version of Ed Alonzo....maybe there'll be a second version of Cirque.  All KI said was that the current Cirque Imagine show will not be returning.
