The updated site is really nice. I was wondering if there was any way to put a countdown to how many days it is until PKI's opening day in April. It would be updated each day. PKI's official site used to have this, and I've always thought it was neat.

That would be a nice touch. As a new member to PKIC I have read you guys get together at times. Does PKI throw PKIC members any perks of any kind?

We get to know information and little do-hickies before alot of other people. Such as last rides on Flyers and last rides on Beast. We received the Italian Job traffic ticket (Only us and Coasterbuzz received one) and other little small things.

EDIT: I got a new script written in PHP that tells you to the second how much longer it is until opening day 2005.

Awesome! I'm speechless.....

It is sad to see opening day that far away.

Its really not that long if you think about it. It seems like just yesterday that I took the last ride on The Beast (Nov 7). And it's already December! 20% of the time between Nov 7 and April 8 has elapsed! I hope this winter continues to go as quickly.

Actually, it is still november for a few more days...

I know November isn't quite over, but you have to admit, it flew by really fast. I hope the rest of the winter goes by equally as fast.

You should know by now that the time slows down about, oh, mid March.

Yeah...by then it really starts to crawl. Then again, if you're a PKI associate, training and other things help ease the off season blues a little. I'm in no hurry...

It really is fun to ride a coaster on its opening day. i rode Top Thrill Dragster opening day. It was the best time I have ever had on that ride . The only bad part was the 6 1/2 wait.

Opening of a ride at Kings Island long lines. Bring someone to talk to inline. Also if the power goes out hope PKI has other rides open. They did get the power back on, but the head CM would not let anyone on the ride odd. So I rode the 13 rides they had open.

Thats what I did for the opening of Tomb Raider The Ride.
