Captain Nemo
The son has been tucked in early, sooner or later the father must fall asleep. "boy that was cheesy "
WooferBearATL
The son has been tucked in early, sooner or later the father must fall asleep. Now that the son is asleep we need to gather him up and put him up for adoption. I'm sure there is a park somewhere that can take him under it's arms. Maybe SFOG would like to adopt it so they can have even more crap.
WooferBearATL
Maybe SFOG would like to adopt it so they can have even more crap. Actually, SFOG is a pretty nice park. It's not quite the format that I'm used to but it certainly is well maintained and attended. I'm not sure you can legitimately accuse them of not having a variety of attractions. CoastersRZ
This is always a nice way to end the season. I missed last year because of a school field trip up to Boston. I`m looking forward to going to the park both days. Thanks PKI for continuing to offer us enthusiasts these awesome perks!
TheKlockster
I'd rather finish off the season with Vortex - which is what I fully intend to do... I went to The Beast ERT last year and it was pretty stupid. We waited for about 45 minutes in the freezing cold, then were let in line, got on the train and did one ride. By far the longest I have ever waited for Beast, and the second longest for any ride.
FOF/Z 4-ever
Why can't I say good night to my ride, FOF?
HomerJay
Wow, color me stupid...I thought PKI closed last weekend (why was I thinking that CP and PKI closed the same weekend?) They don't still do Fearfest this weekend, do they? Closing the season with a final ride on The Beast...that would be so cool (too bad I live in Detroit). Whenever I go to PKI I try to end my trip with a final ride on The Beast, especially at midnight on a Saturday. Last year I did it and it was so cool because there was an amazing fog that just had set over the entire park and riding The Beast in the fog was great! Have fun! Legend Rider
I just got an e-mail from the lovely and talented Maureen Kaiser inviting me to invite you to take one FINAL ride on The Beast for the 2005 season! We will be meeting at The Beast's entrance at 6pm on Sunday and after the line queue has been cleared, it will be your turn to say goodbye to The Beast... for now... They do that at other parks too, one coaster gets a few final rides... however, they dont allow G.P. only workers... It is funny to leave to your car, and see 24 employees riding the Raven... in the dark...
familyman
I will be there Sunday. I got an interesting email from PKI today. For those of you that have season passes you can print out the coupon and bring in your family and friends. It said print out as many as you need…lol
harvesterofyoursorrow
I was there last year Nov 7th (last day) I was the 3rd to last train for the regular public. I know there was a group riding after, but the park was already closed and they were just getting in the que when I walked out.

TheKlockster
Last year they did three trains. I am assuming they didn't have any people that didn't get to ride - but they made it clear they were only running 3 trains. I was on the second train. Outdoor Man
not to sound too protective, but I heard on the news that some pretty lousy weather in coming through on Sunday... they were using words like..... tornado-type weather, so BE CAREFUL! bty.... where exactly do you go if a tornado warning is issued at the park? I was at EPCOT in florida when a funnel cloud passed directly overhead and thinking.... "my god, there's no place to go and nothing but glass here." just curious.
