flightoffear1996 Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 So where in the park are they going to do this? Quote
Ryan Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 I'm hearing this is a pretty big ride for the park, and that alot of marketing hype will be involved with it, so my guess is that it'll be similar to TR:TR's unveling, at the front of the park. Quote
BoddaH1994 Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 Don't get too excited though. It's possible that they could be just announcing that they are getting a new ride, or maybe just the name of the ride. Regardless, don't expect full details. Ryan Quote
ZosoBeast Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 Wondering if they will have a mini-cooper covered with tarp and at 10:00am, pull the tarp off and BAM! Hey, just a thought.... Ok, back to work..... Bill Quote
flightoffear1996 Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 LOL. Who knows but one thing I do kow is that Im going to go. Quote
Vortexlover2 Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 Change your plan! its only one day early. Mr. Christopher Posted July 27, 2004 Posted July 27, 2004 Don't get too excited though. It's possible that they could be just announcing that they are getting a new ride, or maybe just the name of the ride. Regardless, don't expect full details. "New For 2005...something new! More details in November..." Quote
flightoffear1996 Posted July 28, 2004 Posted July 28, 2004 You will be lucky if they even say that. Quote

Browntggrr Posted July 29, 2004 Posted July 29, 2004 Do I smell a new roller coaster? "DO YOU SMELL WHAT THE CHEF IS COOKING?!?" You can almost visualize Chef with a microphone, and tounge hanging out, and head lifted to the sky. Quote
King Bowser Posted July 31, 2004 Posted July 31, 2004 Hey august is nearly upon us...also why is the last day of season on OCT.31? Quote
Knoxville Posted August 1, 2004 Posted August 1, 2004 Well last year it was Nov.2. It's all in how the weekends fall. Quote
CoastersRZ Posted August 1, 2004 Posted August 1, 2004 The park has closed the first weekend in November the past couple of seasons, dating back to 2000 I bellieve then they closed on the 6th of November. The announcement might not even be for a new ride or for the Great Wolf Lodge. Remember that August is around the time they start selling season passes for next season, so I`m sure the announcement will be to push season pass sales. Also, not to add any rumors to the fire, but it has been talked about that Winterfest could return. I don`t think that is what the announcement is about, but with PKI, you never know until they say so. Quote
Vortexlover2 Posted August 8, 2004 Posted August 8, 2004 "New For 2005...something new! More details in November..." Coming in 2005- A ride with a fresh coat of paint, theming that works, and uses wheels. More details in December! The paint is black and it's a steel coaster, it goes upsidedown 3 times and has 13 drops. More Deitals in Febuary. Quote
