That would depend on what the rules are, they have not been announced yet. Would I throw a fit? No. Would I inform the appropriate park personnel? Of course, wouldn't you? If you encountered a guest taking a dump in the fountain would you just walk on by or would you let someone know about it? I go to Costco a couple of times a week. Never had any problems there and from what I have seen on Twitter Costco employees have no problem asking rule breakers to leave the premises. They may even revoke their memberships, not sure about that though.

I would think the park would give priority for reservations to Passholders initially before selling daily tickets as some other parks have done. Consecutive Day reservations might be an issue, hopefully not, but I could see it.
