But think about how nice and shiny the trains would look especially if the driver selected the Deluxe Rainbow Wax option. -

Like putting a touch less car wash on the MCBR or the unload station on FoF or MF. Sounds like it would take reprogramming the control system and a lot of testing to work the kinks out. -

Not the ideal situation, but these are not ideal times. I am certainly not going to get my panties all in a bunch because the park makes some decision about how they want to operate their coaster and it inconveniences me a little bit. Having my choice of seat and who I am or not near is not the most important thing to me. For some it may be they can’t have any fun unless it is done exactly how they want it to be. For those people staying home may be the best option. -

I tend to agree with you here and on the surface it makes sense for a family of four to be able to ride all in a row. However we don’t know what system they are designing and how exceptions like that would impact the system. For example, if they are only planning on using the outer seats they only need to sanitize those at some interval and the outer seats are obviously easier to manually clean than the inner 2 seats. It may be the case efficiency overall would decrease by having the inner rows utilized on a ad hoc basis. Maybe not. I am sure they are thinking about those issues and deciding on the best way to handle it to make a bad situation as best they can. Of course that won’t stop some enthusiasts from knowing how the park should be operating their rides because they know more than the park does. -

Yes, some or even a lot will get through but the velocity and distance traveled will be reduced. -

Well there goes my plan of not showering for 3 weeks before a park visit to keep people away from me. -

So let me get this straight. Having a tea party with a fake princess and dancing with a oversized mouse plushie is “manly” but putting a face mask on isn’t? :facepalm -

What would be the purpose of that? -
Like the Chinese restaurant that folded and became a Mexican restaurant and did some CF style retheming?

I have no problem with surcharges if they are disclosed prominently and upfront. A customer can then determine if the product or service still has sufficient value to them, not buried at the bottom of some wall of text like BarberX did or on flyers like Kiko. (or KI does with Accesso). In my view that is a deceptive business practice and is just cause for scorn and public shaming. -

Not all N95s have a valve; the 3M N95s I have somewhere (from 12 years ago) do not. Many baseball caps have large pieces of plastic on them and the park does nothing about that. -

Lots of factors at play. Although KI and CP associates are not unionized they still need worker buy in. Given the pay scale most probably do not live on their own so parent’s comfort the working conditions will play a factor. Certainly some will be fine with no guest masks and some won’t. Just because CF will likely be unwilling to enforce a policy doesn’t mean they won’t have a policy. -

Maybe, but most other parks don’t have unionized employees outside of possibly maintenance. -

The question was could the junkyard coaster fit inside SV? Thus hiding the eyesore. -

You don’t even know the purpose of face masks, do you? Lets do this again. Of course there is a lot more to it, but for those that do not understand the basics this is a good first introduction. Yes there is conclusive proof that any barrier including cloth can reduce the distance both large and small aerosol droplets can travel. Not eliminate completely, but reduce. -

BS. This administration is having every state fight on the open market for everything. “More tests cause more cases”. They have been fighting it every step. He calls them a waste. Wake Up! Allies are not always friends and what does the Gov have to do with it he has no national power. Turtle man does. -

Because the science at the time had not determined it was airborne. This administration is still sitting on its thumb and telling us tests are a waste. Look it up on something other than OAN or Faux. Helps having the Senate Majority Leader from represent your state. Unfortunately not everyone is so lucky. -

Testing protocols are a ****show depending on who knows what locally. My SIL was admitted to the hospital 3 weeks ago in STL, stabilized and then sent home to her 4 year old and husband with NO test but diagnosed “presumed Covid-19”. “Anyone who needs/wants a test can get it”. This is the BIG LIE unfortunately some believe. The citizens of this country are being sold down the river and 40% are cheering it on.
