  1. I really liked the helix but I kind of wish it was broken up with some changes in direction. It just a long time spent turning in one direction.
  2. Some floor less trains on mystic could be fun
  3. I don't disagree with any of what was said but it gives people a choice at least having a vaccine. We get a flu shots every year and we have never gotten the flu knock on wood. I beleive you still can get it but symtptoms will be more mild.
  4. Possibly but from what I have been reading and seeing there is a vaccine right around the corner.
  5. I think right now the virus is beyond containing. At this point we are going to have to let it run its course unfourtnaly. Closing down and issue mandates is only delaying getting our normal back.
  6. I hardly visited Action Zone area of the park this season. If money wast an object I would remove Invertago and install maybe one of those new Premier launching coasters. I think that would make a good coaster in that area. I would like remove Flight Deck put another coaster in its place. Something like a blitz coaster could fit this area well playing with the land. I also think the support coasters are aging fast at Kings Island. Adventure Express, Flight Deck, Invertago, Flight of Fear. The park is in for and exciting next 15-20 years.
  7. There were actually some surprize changes at the park I really enjoyed and thought were good ideas. Move the line for the blue ice cream down towards the Planet Snoopy entrance sign was a good idea to keep guest off the midway. I hope it stays that way. I also notice only one person taking orders and then 4 or 5 staff members filling cones. The line for the blue ice cream this year moved really fast! I hope that is also here to stay. I also felt that the staff was alot more friendly this year than years past. Hopefully next spring and we can enjoy the park as it once was.
  8. Do you think the temperature screen will be here to stay?
  9. So now that COVID is here to stay how do see this affecting the parks in the future. The bigger parks might have been lucky to weather the storm for one season but what about two? This could be the dark ages for amusement parks.
  10. Jezz 2030 sound so far away and even talking about it makes me feel old. - At least fix the parking lot and add some greenery and make it more than that just blacktop. Its the last thing we see when leaving. Make a good impression. - Water park make over. - Kids area make over and expansion. - Fill in the area Vortex left. - Clean up Action Zone and rebrand it.
  11. Beastie is for sure one of the top. I was really impressed with the entire Banshee area overall. Speaking of which I hope Action Zone gets rebanded at some point.
  12. I think a B&M flier would suit that park well. There really isn't another one currently in that area. I wonder if Cedar Fair would try the to work with Intamin again and use an LSM launch coaster similar to Red Force.
  13. I wish Kings Island would go back to reducing capacity at the park. With rides running only two trains and loading have the rides capacity and makes lines overly long. I think a reduced capacity should be in place while the rides are being dispatched half full.
  14. Maybe it's sinking. I joke I joke.
  15. I wouldn't mind a transport ride for to be installed. One for the dry side of the park.
  16. Sounds like more structural than a mechanical issue if they had to bring in cranes.
  17. If they could all 3200ft of track they would ave over $5,000,000.00.
  18. Why? Thousands if not millions people of people live off these ships. Not only would everyone employed by the cruise lines would lose their jobs so would small towns that rely on the tourism dollars.
  19. I would never drink too many at the park but sometimes you just need a beer. Sometimes just sitting down for a few minutes and relaxing with a cold one is needed after dealing with long lines, line jumpers and unruly guest during the day.
  20. How is a launched wooden coaster any different that a launched steel coaster. Wouldn't the launching components be the same?
  21. I wonder why they are going back to the reservations? I think it's a good idea anyway with rides not loading at full capacity
  22. I didn't realize that Diamondback was only running two trains
  23. Since there hasn't been an annoucment yet I would really doubt I we will see any thing new. A couple of new small kids flat rides and maybe adding some shade in the area. I think of these could fit the area well. https://www.zamperla.com/products/happy-swing/
