I could see Trex. But I believe RMC wants to sell more raptors first before going with the Trex.
-
You know Jersey Devil looks to have 12 riders per train which is pretty large for an RMC Raptor. I was thinking, what if we get an RMC Raptor, but larger so that we can aim for like 13-16 riders.

Yeah that's good! John Matarese actually interviewed kids when the SOB stuff was going around last summer.
-
Oh yeah. I actually love it when the news media interviews the GP about a new coaster especially before it's even announced.
-
oh yeah I forgot about that. There actually was.

Does anyone know when vertical construction for Diamondback started?

I wish they could go back to the way the old maps looked. Here is the 2009 map: -

That looks way more realistic than my drawing lol -
Just looked through part of Banshee's construction thread and it seems like they started vertical construction earlier for Banshee than Orion. Like the end of August, the transfer table was up. Kinda interesting since Orion is a larger coaster. Also, someone used the layout rendering picture to show progress and see what part of the layout is completed. Would love to see someone do something similar. Here's a picture example of what I'm talking about from the Banshee construction thread. The user who did this was @davidw Edit: Here is a link to where the photo was found. I must follow TOS:

I would like to see a changing color LED system lighting the supports like what Millennium Force has. I would also like to see a traveling LED light thing going up the lift rail similar to Racer. -

Yeah just put porta potties in Area 72! Here's your Area 72 restrooms that you wanted! Hahaha! Or just put porta potties in the queue for Orion for the opening weekend 4+ hour lines! -

Oh yeah! That's part of building a coaster up here! I know Banshee they had to battle an extreme cold and brutal winter to get that coaster up. Also, I think due to that, they'll probably try and get the lift and drop in place before Winter due to extreme cold. -
RMC Racer will not happen as long as Don Helbig is around.

The park said in this blog post that vertical construction won't start until after Labor Day. https://www.visitkingsisland.com/blog/2019/august/5-things-to-know-about-kings-island’s-new-orion-roller-coaster

I always bring my phone, wallet, and chapstick. I always where cargo shorts with zipper or button pockets so I can secure my stuff in them safely. -
You know what would be cool? A launched floorless coaster! Here's a concept I found on YouTube.

It depends on the day though. The operators are doing the best they can to get the trains out as quickly as possible. -

I wonder how funny a coaster studios operations video would be on Steel Vengeance? What has the average time between dispatches been if anyone knows? -
Then the underage people would try to organize an event saying "Storm that lazy river. They can't stop all of us" Lol

Yeah, I feel bad for the workers who have to clean that up. Some people would say "well that's there job!" No, it's your job too. I for one have respect for all workers. I went as far as picking up ice when I dropped some on the ground and threw them away since I dropped it so I clean it up. It's simple.

2022 would be 6 years since the last Soak City expansion (unless Soak City stuff is planned for 2021 instead). So it would definitely be time for some new Soak City stuff like a new slide or two or even upgrades to the little kids stuff.
