  1. RMC said they would like to do more ground up ibox coasters, but I believe they will still build the topper track coasters if a customer wants it.
  2. Kentucky Wildcat fans, check out Chad's recent tweet!
  3. Orion to me looks like a mix of Fury and Leviathan, but more closer to Leviathan than Fury. So I think it's better to compare this to Leviathan.
  4. I think we could get something along the lines of Goliath at Six Flags Great America! Also, I think they could take out Congo Falls/Timberwolf for this. In fact right next to The Bat's station there is a drop off there and they could use that to their advantage and make the drop bigger than the height. Another plus to you could get a nice view of the drop from The Bat's exit.
  5. I don't expect too much track to go up for about another week or maybe longer. They probably have other priorities right now, but I've been wrong before.
  6. Here I made this. Link to site where image was found:
  7. I wonder if someone will do a documentary on Orion
  8. Here's a nice video on the making of Fury 325!
  9. If I had my way a 200+ foot RMC or an Intamin blitz would be our next coaster. However, the chances of CF working with Intamin again are practically zero due to a poor track record of Intamin and CF. However, I do think we'll be looking at a 3-7 year gap between Orion and what comes next though.
  10. Here is my best shot of what it could look like walking up to the park with Orion's lift hill. This pic was taken by my father on Passholder preview night 2017!
  11. Ok this is the best I could do with what the lift could look like from the tower. This is definetly not accurate since I couldn't really see the base of lift footer on here since it is behind a tree and it is hard to see some footers on the webcam, but here is my best shot.
  12. What about looking at DB from Orion's lift hill? Should we be able to notice Orion being higher than DB?
  13. Are you sure since Diamondback from the top platform doesn't imo look that much shorter than the ET and both sit on a higher elevation than Orion.
  14. How much taller? Will Diamondback look taller?
  15. That track or whatever is sitting on the ground by the transfer table has been sitting there for a while. Also @CedarIslander the ET stands 314 feet tall where the highest point guests can go is 275'.
  16. Did you really watch all three hours?
  17. I'm hoping to have a nice soundtrack for Orion kinda like this:
  18. I think someone spotted the Firehawk track pieces up near Dayton several months back. It was not too long before the tornadoes hit up there.
  19. If Orion does come up short of the best new ride of 2020 and gets beat by RMC Gwazi, maybe that will help KI get an RMC in the future. I know that Mystic Timbers was a result of Prowler beating Diamondback for best new ride of 2009.
  20. At least it's not above the transfer building like Diamondback which causes people to toss poneytail holders onto the roof.
  21. From Kings Island's Instagram account!!
  22. I'm at the Kings High School football game right next to KI!
  23. Remember when we thought stuff being dumped behind Banshee was clearing?
  24. And then there will be people saying they should RMC the Banshee webcam lol
