I say definitely they need to at least modernize the entrance. Like maybe put a new advertisement screen on it and maybe build some new ticket booths and season pass processing area. The season pass processing building feels very old and outdated imo so I think it would be nice to build a new modern one as well as new ticket booths. Maybe just maybe they could do that if/when they do something with the Invertigo/Congo Falls land and top the renovated entry area with a new shiny coaster at the front of the park. But still, I'm hoping for a record smashing RMC as our next major project. I would love if they could find a way to use the former Son of Beast station and utilize the big field behind Banshee and The Bat.

Does anyone think tomorrow morning they'll have one final clue for the news media? Heck! Maybe tomorrow will be WCPO's turn. Maybe John Matarese going?

At Kings Island

If they were going to put in a new restaurant with this, I think they should look at Epcot's new space themed restaurant. This looks so cool. Heck! I say build a gift shop for this ride and theme it like this. Or they could make a gift shop that is similar to the gift shop at the Seattle space needle. Mystic Timbers did set the record for the most wooden track in one park.

I'm hoping for a world record setter RMC in the next few years. They have a bunch of land behind Banshee they can use. We can continue this in the thread for what comes after the giga.

The base of lift footer has already been poured. It's been poured for like a week now.

Delirium goes 76 mph. Diamondback goes 80 mph. But Slingshot goes up to 100 mph.

Drop? People don't drop off of the ET. I feel that this would've been better at Drop Tower.

Yeah! @DustinTheNow excellent job. Although, I seriously hope the lighting package is not just the standard boring lift hill lights. I want to see a Fury type and/or Millennium Force type lighting package. At least multicolored lights. Imo if they don't do a good lighting package, they are really missing out.

It's doesn't always have to be John Matarese though. They've sent other reporters to Kings Island before. But I'm sure with how well John Matarese is reporting on Kings Island, it wouldn't surprise me if he's the guy who does it for WCPO. Also another news station they could use is Local 12.

I opened the box on the fence in Xbase and there was nothing inside it so I guess that thing that was given to Fox19 was the only thing they decided to put in it.

I'm at the park and got the chance to talk to Don Helbig a little bit. He told me that the platforms that are blocked off will be where the media will be. He also recommends we get here early.

TBH I'm kinda mad they took away the self serve hot sauce from the chicken shack. They now don't offer hot sauce as dipping sauce anymore on the self scan thing.

Will also be the tallest and fastest coaster in the park. According to operators, the ET upper platform (275') is the highest point in the park. This coaster (296' lift/301' drop) will be the new highest point in the park. Also, the weather will be awesome Thursday so expect some decent sized crowds especially around announcement time.
