Kinda like Wonder Mountain Guardian?

Ik about SOB being in AZ, but I'm just saying that the theming SOB had was like a biohazard/danger theme which could go along with A72 if they were to make that a scientific themed area.

Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks

Here are some links: https://www.wbir.com/article/life/people/dolly-parton/dollywood-to-open-as-planned-this-weekend-emergency-plans-in-place-amid-global-coronavirus-concerns/51-04603d5b-1975-4f41-a089-d949023c4d70 https://www.pennlive.com/life/2020/03/hershey-entertainment-resorts-announce-coronavirus-precautions-for-giant-center-hersheypark-and-more.html -
What would an RMC in A72 be themed to? Son of Beast had a danger/hazard like theme.
-
If having more than one B&M close to each other is called "B&M land" then I'm guessing the front of Cedar Point should be considered B&M land lol.
-
I disagree. I don't think an RMC would fit the Area 72 theme the best. If there's another coaster I would add to A72, it would likely be a B&M wing or flyer.

Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks

I did some looking around and parks like Dollywood and Hersheypark which haven't opened yet have already come out with statements about their plans for this situation. -
Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks
Hawaiian Coasters 325 replied to Hawaiian Coasters 325's topic in Kings Island
Tbh I think this topic would be a good one for John Matarese and WCPO to do. No, I'm not going to contact him lol we are past that. I'm surprised we haven't heard anything from the park yet over this. -

Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks
Hawaiian Coasters 325 replied to Hawaiian Coasters 325's topic in Kings Island
People need to understand that while yes I do think the media took it a little far, it's a new virus and we don't really know what it's going to do or what it really can do. So I do think it's okay to be a little concerned over this situation. -
Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks

I was going to say the same thing. I'm surprised Knott's hasn't come out with some sort of statement yet since they are like the only CF park operating right now. -
Coronavirus Impacting Theme Parks

Tbh I don't think we have to worry too much about that. It seems like Disney in Shanghai is getting ready to start reopening. But it'll be in phases. -

Could Kings Island just not open this season? I pray to God that does not happen! -

I'm surprised we haven't heard anything from Kings Island themselves about this situation. What do you think is the percent chance that KI's opening is delayed due to this situation? -
Discussing Land and Space in and around Vortex
Hawaiian Coasters 325 replied to Klabergian Empire's topic in Kings Island
Tbh the more I look at that land, I actually think that would be a good location for a Forbidden Frontier type attraction. Like they could have some of it in the open and some of it go back into the woods near Beast. -
Discussing Land and Space in and around Vortex
Hawaiian Coasters 325 replied to Klabergian Empire's topic in Kings Island
I'd love an infinity. My biggest question is what could they theme it to? I don't know of any themes that could fit with Coney Mall that could fit with something like that and it's light package. -
I love chicken shack, however, I hate that they took away the self serve hot sauce they used to have. I loved just putting hot sauce on my plate. Now you have to order hot sauce with your chicken.
-
I was sent the videos and I saw they are indeed putting up a giant wooden fence where Vortex was. Likely just a keep out fence since I do not think there is a coaster going there yet especially since we are getting Orion. However, tbh I would like them do do something on the fence like advertisements or decorate it to make it not look like an eyesore in Coney Mall.

Is it the one from 4 days ago that Kings Island posted on their blog that was posted on YouTube by JL Thrush?

Future multi launch coaster
Hawaiian Coasters 325 replied to GigaLover's topic in Coming Attractions
Lots of things. Mainly the reliability. But I will go over a few key ones: Maverick's heartline roll Intimidator 305 being too intense And the final straw was likely the shoot the rapids incident in 2013. -
Is it on YouTube?

I think it's for the lockout/tagout things that employees have to do from time to time.

Could KI be getting a Floorless next?
Hawaiian Coasters 325 replied to SonofBaconator's topic in Rumors
I don't know. KI did just take out a flying coaster and I think if they built a flying coaster too soon after removing one, the GP will be like "that's just like Firehawk, but you go up the hill on your belly rather than laying down." -
Which coaster gets the RMC axe?
Hawaiian Coasters 325 replied to matthew0813's topic in Kings Island
I'm honestly surprised how many people are against an RMC of any type coming to Kings Island. Yes, I'm against a conversion of one of our wooden coasters, but I'm all for a ground up. But it's all the matter of opinion. I can understand why some people wouldn't like them because the restraints aren't the most comfortable.
