  1. Just got my first vaccine dose today. The clinic at Countryside YMCA seems to be vaccinating anyone over 16. I scheduled an appointment and they let me (20 yo w/ no serious medical conditions) get one. Getting my second dose next month. I'm assuming this has something to do with the state's new orders allowing anyone to get extras that may be available. Edited to add: If anyone is planning on going there, the site is only open on Tuesday’s from 9:00am to 6:30pm
  2. September can't get here soon enough! Haunt is by far my favorite of the 3 major park events. (Carnivale, Haunt, Winterfest)
  3. Woohoo! I grew a new fondness for Winterfest after setting it up and striking it in 2019, it's such a neat event and has so much passion and care put into it.
  4. I think I got it. "atlasperfectngourcraft" Atlas Perfecting Our Craft!
  5. As you wish! Don't get a stomach ache!
  6. "STLLPEFECTNGOURCRFT" Still Perfecting Our Craft
  7. Yeah, I woke up thinking "Wow that would actually make a pretty neat addition.". It was kind of like what The Beach had, but it had 4 lines running parallel with each other, I don't remember if they all went to different areas or if they were the same, but regardless it seemed really fun.
  8. The other night I had a dream the other night that they added a zipline from the oktoberfest area all of the way to rivertown as a new attraction for 2021. I never got to ride it, because I was working.
  9. Halloween Horror Nights is returning this year. https://www.thedenverchannel.com/news/national/universal-orlandos-halloween-horror-nights-to-return-in-2021

  11. The kitchen smells awful, after smelling that the rest smells great.
  12. I think it exists. I'll update if I find a link.
  13. It’s a storage warehouse. source: I’ve been in it.
  14. Kings Island Theatre, chain grease, and that Festhaus smell.
  15. Right now AT is mostly storage. One side is storage for a few departments and the other side houses Urgent Scare. I don’t really see them doing anything with that area for the next 10 years, there’s other spots to build and the building is being used. The most I could see is a new haunt maze, Urgent Scare is quite old at this point, and with coronavirus, I could see it not making a return. I couldn’t see them turning it into a theater again unless it’s torn down and rebuilt with new, more modern technology. The equipment is quite old and probably not worth starting up again as a “new” attraction, and that doesn’t take into account that motion theaters are largely a thing of the past by now. If they do anything new with the area, I’d like to see them tear it down and use the land to build a new attraction, maybe some flats.
  16. Wouldn’t really be much to see so I’m not in any rush to see them. You’d see some trucks or golf carts driving around and that’s about it.
  17. Hopefully I can get one. I definitely want one if I’m going to be around thousands of people every day.
  18. I believe they're gender segregated. Also, I'm sure there's plenty of creeps under 45. It's not a factor of age. I work with so many people over 45 and none of them are creeps.
  19. Not to restart this discussion buuuut... WHY WOULD YOU BUY A HOUSE NEXT TO AN AMUSEMENT PARK AND THEN COMPLAIN ABOUT NOISE That is all.
  20. Is that something that KI offers up or is it something that the government tells them they’re doing?
  21. Sit around being sad that I'm not at KI.
  22. Seriously. I can't believe it's been a year and people are STILL complaining about wearing a thin piece of fabric over their faces.
