Those pavers look like they came from Lowes.

I keep thinking how much better the whole thing would look in hunter green--track, trains and supports (ALL of them--the two different colors of supports never worked for me).

As opposed to, say, Diamondback, Banshee, Boo Blasters On Boo Hill, etc. I see.

No. Time Warner would also not be amused.

8 acres is plenty of space? And that includes the parking lot. Years ago, there were rumors of a WalMart Supercenter replacing Camden. The park isn't big enough for a Supercenter parking lot alone. Plus, the park floods. and is adjacent to a sewage plant. And in a depressed and declining area. When the Roberts bought Camden Park, they almost lost out to the Henningers. You may heard of them. What a better future Camden would have had. The who? They owned Kennywood. Camden was on leased land at the time. So, the Roberts it was (they also owned Fun Spot in Angola, Indiana).

So, the science and/or target markets are that different at, say, Kings Dominion?
-
Sometimes. Sometimes, no. Thunder Road, Rolling Thunder, Enchanted Voyage, World of Camping, Shooting Star....
-
The particular arrangements weren't in the public domain, for the most part, and certainly most required licensing. Note the same type music played today at Kings Dominion and Worlds of Fun, just to name two.

Or the Helbig cup?
