I just hope the announcement is nothing like how the announcement during last years pink snoopy event went, it was a travesty.

I honestly don't enjoy Dons tweets. Many of them are just filler with news that just pertains to the enthusiasts of the park, not the general public and it is the public eye that need persuading to go to the park... not the people like us who go regardless. Besides, as of late, his tweets have been nothing but unnecessary diversions, and I personally don't like subscribing to a parks twitter that fills my feed with useless updates. Talk about whats going on at the park, what rides are maybe closed due to weather, or special events occurring that day. Cedar Point does a great job with their twitter. But to be fair, Dons twitter is more on topic than KIC's forums.

Then you should stop riding coasters then. In 09, Diamondback had a wheel come off during one cycle. these are machines, S**t happens.

This is normal. If you have been on a Flight of Fear tour you will see bolts from the ride all over the floor. Same as Diamondback.

It was all about records for Cedar Point too, and we got awesome rides like TTD, Millenium Force, Magnum, Wicked Twister, Gatekeeper... As someone who HAS been to Magic Mountain, let me say it is not about the records and I personally loved each ride (weather it was record breaking or not) PS, before we go talking about a pointless second launch lets talk about BLST (flight of the valkyries?! Seriously?)

If it is a B&M I would really appreciate a layout that is out of the norm. Something not a loop, followed by a Zero-G, cobra roll, breaks, then 2 corkscrews, or any of that in a some different order. I do love B&M coasters, but many of them are monotonous and repetitive. I'd really like to see a coaster that does not follow the equation many B&M coasters follow. As an owner of No limits, there is one coaster creation that continues to be my favorite because of how different it is and original the layout is. You can see the ride I speak of here.... Personally I would love to see something like this built.

Considering the park is roughly 100 miles from 6 major cities (Cincinnati, Lexington, Louisville, Dayton, Columbus, Indianapolis) How can the park not be viewed as a destination park? The problem is it's not advertised well outside the greater Cincinnati area. I'm sure Taft viewed the park as a destination park, not sure what Cedar Fair thinks of it... That is where they should have put their money. Honestly, market a park that has a good atmosphere, not a sports bar!
