Travel Channel is doing (another) coaster special, this time putting coasters up against others to see which is the best. Travel Channel was at Dollywood a few weeks ago, they are now at Kings Island this weekend to collect more footage for the special. It will probably be ready to air by mid-summer.

IMHO, I don't think so....

I like it, though I wish I did not know it was part of the new night show... I like being surprised by these things.

Look at all those trees, this is the Rivertown I passionately miss. I'm sorry KI, but you messed up big time when it comes to this area. My favorite water attraction is Snoopy's Splash Dance (although I do miss the Nickelodeon version)

From my expirience on Eejanaika at Fuji Q, the ride offered amazing new forces and an expirience I had never been though (even from my flights in an airplane). Now that is a 4D coaster and theres a few major differences between those and the new B&M design, but if these new wing rider coasters offer even a small amount of the forces I felt on Eejanaika. As of today, Eejanaika is without a doubt, my favorite coaster.

I hope paint did not drip and fall all over the trees and asphault.

Mine has to be Firehawk, I am at the point I can't ride it anymore. I think those restraints would work great on other coasters, just not a flyer.

You will be correct. It is actually a wonderful marketing ploy, even the smallest change can have big affects. The re-release of movies in 3D, or phones that are updated in different color skins, or in this case the change of a color scheme on a coaster. While the original product has not been changed, people tend to be attracted to anything that appears 'new'. So I would not be surprised to see Invertigo having an increase in ridership this year.
