^ They all think they're the first one to come up with their complaint, too, no matter how clever. The most clichéd one I've heard: "I'd better be gettin' two for that price!" Ha ha ha,....ugh.

What is the technical term for the track piece that goes from the center, "box girder" looking part of the track to the actual rails? Are they 'braces', or 'trusses', or something else? (I'm doing an acrylic painting of an imaginary DB POV, and don't really know what to call the parts). Thanks... -

So at what point do insects become dangerous? I just wonder what the effect of a cicada collision would be at 135 mph. -

^Is it also because their portfolio is more streamlined? To the average Joe like me, It looks like Disney depends on the success of a lot more than just their parks, such as movies, tv, cruise ships, etc. -

"My" pond (Landen area) was iced over this morning, with about 1/4" dusting of snow. I must say that it was hilarious watching the ducks landing on ice! Video (Not of my pond, though) (Back on Topic) ^Nice phone pix of DB from KI Drive! Kinda makes Vortex seem like it's sinking or something... hey....where ....did ....everybody....get ....those.....tomatoes....hey [splat] -
I think I understand what he means by 'reality'. There's physical, lucid reality, and then there's the use of the word "reality" that has come to mean "harsh reality." To 'muse' is to think, ponder or be concerned about the issues of life. Adding "a," ergo "amuse," means not to think about it, as though checking 'reality' at the front gate in order to get lost in the fun of being entertained by and/or hurled around by all the magnificent amusement attractions. Real, yes, but certainly an escape from 'reality'.

Somehow I imagine something like this being on a track more like Avatar, rather than a circuit.
