  1. LOL... I can't wait to superimpose a bunch of gold jewelry hanging off the lift hill... and a Mohawk on top!
  2. Just be friendly with 'em. They make great pets!
  3. I love the Buffalo Chicken salad at RHOFG, but the greens are quite broad, almost uncut. They're huge, though!
  4. I know exactly what's in the shed: Silver2005!
  5. It would be fun for me! I love 1. Acting and 2. Making things even more fun than they already are (WWC)...
  6. New guess! You come to a giant, three-reel slot machine element. It spins. If three "winning" symbols are matched, the train and its riders are rewarded with the prize: 1. "Ride Again!" Stay seated and enjoy another spin on Mystic Timbers! 2. "The Bucket!" Prepare to be splashed with lots of cool, refreshing water! 3. "Free ORP" Go get your free on-ride photo! As limited as our imaginations, folks!
  7. Wouldn't it have been hilarious if Mystic Timbers was named "Troll?" Minds would have been blown! The fan-site equivalent of Mondelez releasing the new Oreo cookie... with the Cookies-n-Creme center. The universe would just... implode!
  8. Best use of Veruca Salt ever! No POV simulation ever prepares me for the awesomeness of the actual experience of a ride. Bring on MyTi! I look forward to the roar, speed, force, airtime and beauty of this new, major roller coaster!
  9. Thanks for all the positive feedback! Here is a gift for all of you fellow fans of the Kings Island coaster line. The "more-complete" version (although I thought about it, I didn't have room for the "Jedi Force Ghosts" of King Cobra, Son of Beast, Bavarian Beetle, etc. ) Enjoy!
  10. Coaster Story "Hey gang! Come see the new baby!"
  11. "With a Sprill" is mid-20th-Century slang term that meant "served generously."
  12. "Sprill?" Jeepers! this sounds like a swell opportunity to ask my daddy-o, who remembers such groovy things from the Coney of that era.
  13. I haven't ridden Racer in a long time. Is it operated by one, or two separate operators? Does each side of the coaster complex have its own lift chain mechanism? Has any celebrity ever proclaimed Racer to be two coasters that mirror one-another? Does either side's track connect with the other? I think they should change the name slightly to "The Racers," and claim the glory of two mirroring coasters that happen to "race" one-another. Just a thought. Be gentle.
  14. I'd love to hear: 1. Paint jobs (Rhino Shield or Lifetime Exteriors... something better than just paint this time) for Vortex, Firehawk and the Eiffel Tower; 2. Royal Fountains restoration (I miss the lights); 3. Symphonic music on International Street (I'll keep "harping" on this)... ; 4. Return of the Coney Mall arch; 5. Another Brady visit
  15. Tb, signing off of 'Decoding'. Epic thread, Jonathan! Well done! See y'all in the construction updates and Version 2.5! PEACE
  16. One idea of many, many ideas surely to come. Cutaway of my OLED concept. Something like this. ..."ish." I love that they chose the old mid-60's Baby-Blue Chevy for the concept! Original Shed image can be found here.
  17. LOL Flight Deck'd: Yes, I got the "Ent" vibe when I saw the logo. It looks like it was drawn by about a fifth-or-sixth-grade art student (and, if so, probably a winning entry in a contest). The design engineer said that he himself doesn't know what's in the shed. I take him at his word, which cancels out the 'drop track' idea... maybe. He could only be referring to the "after-market," audio-visual elements that might be part of the shed interior, which can still be in production if that's the case. EDIT (For clarity): Meaning they can build the shed with programmable, OLED walls and sound elements, which can be produced and played over-and-over, with different "endings," perhaps. The content of the audio-visual can be kept secret until the day they plug in the data stick. Man, to be alive in 2016!!!
  18. Last night, when Don and Greg were climbing the ladder to get to the Mystic Timbers announcement podium, people in the crowd were going "Okay.... okay.... ohhh-kaaaaay" like the Origins clown-acrobats! I also like the new juggler! Glad to hear Jorge is coming back! The "Artistic Artiste" scene had grown on me, and it was sorely missing from the show.
  19. Wait... did they even mention the cost of MT last night; and am I the first to abbreviate Mystic Timbers?
  20. Think "Front Gate," my friends. You see? ...and now, someone with acumen please find and post the recent, "Peanuts-infused" front gate picture that started whispers of speculation a few months back... anyone?
  21. Maybe the shed will contain immersive, OLED walls, with a different outcome played out all around you each ride? Like a movie with different endings? Hmmmm....
  22. The design engineer from GCI said he didn't even know what's in the shed. The. Design. Engineer. Riiiiight.
  23. Maybe a bunch of stone idols, beating on drums as you approach a glowing-eyed figure about to pour lava on you. ...or a barrel roll.
