Yeah, maybe you should read a bit longer before making such sweeping comments and assumptions. 8am is way too early in the morning to be drinking.

Cedar Point Feeling The Tough Summer Economy
Maybe if CF looked for advice outside of the Sandusky area. They should be hiring the absolute best to guide and advise them. And somehow, I don't think that all the best are Sandusky residents.

Unfortunately, there are some pretty bad attorney's out there. Was talking to a guy yesterday that was telling me that his attorney would not return his calls but that I always answered my phone. I explained to him that the difference is that I was not to talk to him when represented and he was paying his attorney a lot of money to ignore him.

Cedar Point Feeling The Tough Summer Economy
It's right along the lines of raising taxes during a struggling economy. It's such a basic concept. People on a message board should not have to point such things out to a major business.

Cedar Point Feeling The Tough Summer Economy
And I think that a few of us called that one all along. The parks like Disney, Universal, etc would be doing well. Local parks, not so much.

Come on man, did you really need to add that? You know nothing about my lawyer and what he has advised me to do. I'm not some stupid kid posting everything on the internet. I just have nothing to hide, so why keep it a secret? haha I don't think he was speaking about your lawyer specifically, it's a pretty well known thing that no matter what kind of case the client is always advised not to disclose any details about the case until it has been resolved. And being I was just deposed on a matter in May, still seems to be a prevalent question.

Eiffel Tower's 50ft Observation Deck
Yes, I agree that CF would not take up the cause, but I really think that someone should. I certainly can understand putting in regulations on building structures. This principal of imposing such restrictions on already existing structures seems to be very far reaching.

Eiffel Tower's 50ft Observation Deck
I would actually like to see someone take that challenge up in court. I think that it would be interesting to see what the outcome would be.

Eiffel Tower's 50ft Observation Deck
I suspect that ADA would not effect this area. There certainly are many observation decks that are not accessible. But they weren't just opened to the public... The tower has been open since 1972.

“The Great Wheel”
We were all sitting back waiting for it to happen. <G> Thrill park? Surely you jest. I thought it was a failed attempt to become a movie park! Besides, what happened to theme park? Yes, I don't think that I've ever seen KI called at Thrill Park. I've certainly heard it referred to as a park with Thrilling Rides - and there certainly is no denying that - but I think that MrPostman is thinking of another park.

Flashback! Totally 80s to Debut, Eiffel Tower's 50ft Observation Deck, 4th of July & More!
Yeah, I would often take a snack up to the 50foot level and have dinner or lunch up there.

Flashback! Totally 80s to Debut, Eiffel Tower's 50ft Observation Deck, 4th of July & More!
Maybe with CF owning the park, there may be an effort to open it back up.

Eiffel Tower's 50ft Observation Deck
Staffing? I think the only staff that I've ever seen on the 50ft level were ecology sweeping and emptying trash cans. How is that hard staffing?

When Deposed or in Court one of the first questions will be, "Have you discussed this claim with anyone directly or indirectly." To which he'll answer, "I posted it on the internet." To which his attorney will do a Homer Simpson... Dooooohhhhh!

Man, that really sucks. If it does get to court, I certainly hope that you're awarded court costs.

SFKK: Girl Injured in Accident
I wonder if we can be added to the suit as a class action. After all, most of us have ridden drop rides and the stories have injured all of us.

Exactly. Many of my friends and most of my family would have no idea what the name of a given coaster or ride is. And in the grand scheme of things.... It really does not matter as much as if they enjoy it or do not. Hense... It will Always be Backstreet Stunt Thingy to me.

You know, my Grandmother on my mothers side came from the hills of West Virginia. She would call many, many, many things by names and words that were common but not proper term usages. And you know what, everyone understood what she was talking about. I'm very happy to say that I did not correct her usage even once in her 90+ years on the Earth. Some things are just absolutely not worth the effort.

WOW Just WOW! I'd say it's a bit anal to get upset about such thing. Boddah, which park officials sent you the email? So if you call The Racer "The Racers" does someone at the park not know what the person is talking about? If someone says "The Son of Beast" do we think there is an entirely new ride? I'd say just be happy that people are talking about the rides as opposed to not.

June 6 Nickelodeon Universe Trip
There is no comparison between the two. Krystals are nasty, nasty, nasty.

GREAT AMERICA (CA): What now?
I would go ahead and say never on that point. Even when Atlanta is considered to host the Superbowl the issue of weather comes up. Now if the NFL is so concerned about the weather (outside) when they'd be playing in a dome, an outside facility in the north just ain't happening. Never.... But we're still a laughing stock! Ahh, I remember watching Bungle Vidoes. God they were hilarious. And I remember the Bengals appearing in not one but two Superbowls. I'm guessing that you're too young to remember the Colts packing up in the dead of night and leaving Baltimore.

The Crypt
Oh, I'm quite certain that if there were a giant topspin exposed in Rivertown, more than a few would notice. It actually may be quite a move to remove the building with the opening of the new coaster. Can you imagine the excitement that would be in that area of the park?

Could Busch Parks Be in Play?
Hmmmm, that actually could be a good match. I really don't think there would be as much as an uproar about foreign acquisition of the parks.

Names for the new attraction
