It's on the Haunt map that it's open and on the Twitter post so I'm not so sure it was a typo.
-
Yeah those do sound really familiar, but I don't know if they're played at Haunt though. They sound somewhat similar to Haunted Carousel so maybe that's why I think they sound so familiar. Thanks for posting them though!
-
I wonder why they made it so difficult to find. It should just be another category at the bottom. Jared, I find myself getting more and more excited every day!
-
Also, you can post some music from other sections of the park, not just Coney Maul. That area had my favorite music, but you can post it from anywhere in the park!
-
Thanks ToastNJelly, that's awesome!

Thanks for the replies everyone! I found this website that lists some music they play at Knotts. http://www.ultimatehaunt.com/theevent2/hau.../hauntmusic.htm Thanks Kat, I was just looking for the stuff played in Coney Mall though. So I wouldn't want you to waste your time making a list of all those songs for no reason. Thanks anyway though!

I'm looking for the music that plays in Coney Mall during Haunt, like the creepy carnival music and stuff. If someone could tell me what the names of the songs are, it would be a big help. Thanks! Edit: I am looking for the music from last year, but music from other years would be fine too!

He's saying, if they are planning to do an overhaul but don't know when that overhaul would be completed, then they don't want to say anything yet. Like if they said "Come ride a better Son of Beast in late 2010!" But then ran into delays, and couldn't open it until 2011. Then guests would be upset. So they might just be waiting until they can get a better idea of when/if the ride could reopen.

Your posts, tweetybird, are very appreciated. You shouldn't give up posting on the forums because your post was deleted. I am sure all of us have gotten a few posts deleted now and then. I guess KIC is just trying to keep a good relationship with the park, so now you have to be careful what you say sometimes. You should still post though!

Halloween Haunt Now Has Its Own Twitter! and Blog
kjkjkj replied to BoddaH1994's topic in Kings Island
I didn't even know Red Beard's Revenge was going to be called Cut-Throat Cove this season. I didn't even know they were getting rid of Red Beard, I just assumed they were changing the location, but keeping the layout similar. Is Cut-Throat Cove going to be a scarezone? -
Intresting CP Tweet

Maybe the "twyce" has to do with how "Whyte" is spelled, pretty much confirming the name for a second time. -

I guess...even though it says "completely new". Oh well, I'm not complaining! -

Hmmmm that's strange. On the "bio" on the Twitter page, it says "two completely new haunts" I thought there was only one? Oh and it mentions Slaughter House on the blog and tickets page, so we can FINALLY talk about it! edit: are they not doing a normal website this year for Haunt? -
I didn't know Peanut was Hamoperator's daughter. I've seen her at a few of the shows.

Great PTR! I really enjoyed reading it! Although, I know of no such ride called Top Gun

How many rehearsal days does everyone working Haunt have? I personally have 5 rehearsal days. I know Tombstone Terrortory has 6...
-
Your welcome. Hopefully they still offer it there, we found it towards the beginning of the season. Haven't eaten at the park too much lately, so I wouldn't know if it's still offered there or not.

Actually, Terpy, my family and I found an awesome fruit salad at Juke Box Diner. It all tasted really good, and it was a lot of fruit for the price (at an amusement park) It came with watermelon, pinapple, grapes, cantaloupe, honeydew, and maybe strawberries!

That was quiete the experience on Diamondback! It literally was teetering on the edge of the car, then flew backwards, that's when I thought it was gone forever, then it managed to come back up to Ashley! lol. Oh and by the way, the title of this thread is great. "A DB Flip Flop Adventure" lol.
-
Why don't they put the stones in the pathway where they already have squares from when it was Paramount Story? Oh, and don't worry Rachel, I didn't know hardly any of the people listed either! lol
-
That's good that they decided to change it! I wonder if they read the boards and then decided to change it. I wonder if the VIP tour will give you front of the line to all Haunt attractions, and maybe a daytime behind the scenes tour. That would be pretty cool.

King's Dominion Announces Planet Snoopy for 2010!
kjkjkj replied to nhimes90's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
The Peanuts are so outdated. Most kids probably don't even know who they are, or care. If I were a child going to Kings Island, I would be way more excited to see Spongebob and his friends in Bikini Bottom, Dora, Lazytown, Rugrats, Wild Thornberrys and more! than going to see the peanuts. IMO this is a bad move Cedar Fair. -
King's Dominion Announces Planet Snoopy for 2010!
kjkjkj replied to nhimes90's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
Maybe we won't get a Planet Snoopy. Why would they want two Planet Snoopys in Ohio? Maybe they'll retheme Nick U into a "Kidzville" generic kids area instead of going for the Snoopy retheme. -
I love the sound when each cars go on to the lift hill, that "clacking" nosie. I also love the B&M roar.
-
I know this is crazy, but I would rather have Nick rethemed to all Scooby instead of Snoopy. The Peanuts aren't even known by most kids today, and are outdated and boring. Keeping Nick would be the best choice IMO, but I would much rather have Scooby over Snoopy. I know it would probably never happen, it's just my opinion.
