It's unlikely that it's track for NU. Rather, there is a plant in Batavia that manufacturers coaster track for B&M. It's more than likely what you saw.

Every seat that I know of in which you get wet is in the front row. Particularly there's one slightly to the right of the center (when facing the goldola).

The legend I was talking about before apparently happened in the early 80s. As far as people just "jumping in", I've heard they catch people doing it every year and have them arrested.

There's a certain legality behind that. Nick and HB characters aren't even allowed to be printed on the same letterhead. I disagree. I'd say in an individual visit a ticketholder will spend much more, but how many average visits does a ticketholder go per year? Maybe 2? On the other hand, season passholders who may only spend a little money in the park while they're there, they probably stil end up spending much more throughout the course of the season.

I think their hook for SOB was the first "modern looping coaster". Woodies looped in the past... but it wasn't pretty.

I assure you, the rides listed in the "New Nick Universe Attractions Released" thread are the only three rides which will be added this season.

**New information: The SOUTH TOLLS will be open at 4:45pm on Friday for the event. Park around the handicap lot. We will meet at admissions and the tour will begin promptly at 5:00. Remember your $8 for the pizza and DO NOT TRY TO ENTER the park before either the tolls open or Maureen instructs you to! She promises to give a full and thorogh tour with her infamous bullhorn in hand!

I think "Keep your hannds inside the car" is referring to not reaching out and touching things on the sides. If it really were the law, they'd probably enforce it more. Simply the liablity would be worth them yelling at you.

That's the beautify of it... you can use any skin you want! Personally, I always found the IJ skin to be a little too dark for me.

Why do you keep knocking the fact that the rides can be trailer mounted? Almost every flat ride in existance has the ability to do that.

Kind of like the movie breakfast club, Ally Sheedie goes to detention because she has nothing esle to do , That's good Ha... kind of, but I wouldn't say I was so cavalier that I wasted their time by letting them interview me. I was going to take a tech job had they offered it to me. Unfortunately, there were no spots opened, and by the time they called me offering me a tech spot, I had just gotten a new sup at Best Buy and felt as thought it would be irresponsible of me to leave him hanging with a bunch of new people.

They used to do it for a few hours a day before opening day. Usually this is something the announce about a week in advance. We'll be sure to have any information we get posted on the site.

I've never seen the first one, but I'm going to disagree about the 2nd... I thought it was really good. I'll definitely see 3.

Why the negativity? Yeah, it's dirt... but think of it this way: in just a few months, it'll be an amazing kiddy area! Seriously, it's construction... there's dirt involved.

PKI isnt going in that great of a direction either! KI is still a big and excellent park. You can say what you want about last year, but it just seemed like it was a bad year for the industry all together.

True story: a tram driver told me that he heard the new campground would be in the field behind SOB. Take that for what it's worth.

I applied to be a tech up there just because... well, it was a cold February day and I wanted to be at PKI. j/k Anyway, there weren't any openings but they called me every couple of weeks all summer and through Fearfest and Winterfest to offer me all sorts of different jobs... I never bit at it, but I thought it was cool that they kept the door opened for me.
