I usually use my iPhone as well, but logged in on a desktop to use the fix. It has worked quite well, minus the picture & quoting issues.

Exactly. We had to add to the land to expand the basin. It is not nearly as expensive as you think.

It's not nearly as bad as you think. I belong to a yacht club & we recently expanded our basin. The cost of the expansion (permits from Army Corps, material, labor) was far less than you would believe (the new docks installed cost twice as much).

With the exception of residing in Ohio, there are zero similarities between GL & CI.

If they have not sold land, all of CI's existing plans would continue to move forward, Racino or not.

If anything, CI is an asset to RD. It has close proximity to the racino, giving non-gamblers an entertainment option- (i.e.: mom & kids can go to CI & dad can bet the ponies.) A similar scenario has taken place in my hometown. A casino was built a few miles from a large indoor waterpark. Both have fed off each other quite well.

The initial plans normally include purchasing all land/ buildings at one time due to the inflated land values after the casino/ racino opens. If the plans did not include Coney from the beginning, it would be pure assumption (almost trolling for a reaction based upon a newspaper article you twisted into a rumor) at this point. Do you have anymore newspaper "sources" that can be quoted that don't date back to August?

Ever been to Marineland? It is the only park that I can think of where the park map scale showing the distance between rides is spot on.

It's not that TTD's theming was not kept up, it literally had to be removed due to safety before it removed itself. But again, CP does not market itself as a theme park. A true comparison of seasonal theme parks would be BGW & the former PKI. Dislike? Detest? Tomato? Tomato? Gotcha.
