Even though this quote is from a politician...it is not meant to be political, I just like what he said...it still seems like a lot of the younger generation do not realize that even if it probably won’t affect their own personal health as much, it can for someone they come in contact with. I always enjoy seeing what unusual flavors that they can come up with at The Sweet Shop...it’s one of my favorite things to buy. At the end of the evening, while my family is gathering by the fountain getting ready to leave, I will buy a few different ones, Then I will hide the name of the flavor and see who can guess it correctly...it’s cheap fun!

Memorial Day weekend won’t be the same for me.

I live in Illinois...and we go into shelter in place in about 2 hours. The silver lining is that I still get to work because my job is considered “essential”...although I disagree, I appreciate the compliment!

That is so sad...I can’t even imagine.

I like to think that it is because they are also a caring country and know that we are all in this together...but if you don’t choose to believe that...it’s because they have to keep us alive in order for us to keep buying those worthless McDonalds Happy Meal toys!

Instead of cutting them, I would of thought they would “roll them back”.

And everyone in the Fast Lane would be looking over at the empty regular lane thinking “D@mn I wish I didn’t have Fast Lane”!* *But I have faith CF would roll out “Regular Lane Passes” available for an up-charge those weekends!

Not even counting Winterfest, a season pass comes out to less than a dollar an operating day...so the price is already a steal...but, if anyone needs a silver lining, think of all the money CF is actually SAVING them on gas & park food if they do not open on time! (Personally, I think the park will open as scheduled anyway.)

But from everything I have been reading and seeing on the news it is AT LEAST a year to a year and a half away...and that is a best case scenario. I think they’re ALWAYS interested in purchasing something...they just wait for the right time. I sometimes wonder if I’ll live long enough to see our planet officially renamed Disney World...or something related to Amazon. P.S. I am a big Disney fan...but still get disgusted with them buying up everything.
