I would be happy with a really cool queue line with lots of coaster visuals from different angles...perhaps something that wanders through a Celtic graveyard with ambient Celtic music playing. Maybe ivy or moss covered stone walls, The screams from the trains of people would be enough special effects for a Banshee scream.

I've only been to CP a handful of times in my life. It was fun, but I wasn't completely sold. I have been there in the spring and I will NEVER do that again....weather is too fickle to depend on it being a dry/warm/snow free day. Summer you deal with May flies....yummy....and huge crowds. Fall is nice. Yep....KI is my park of choice in the area. I certainly hope that it doesn't become an Amazement Park on the Rollercoast.

I always look at long lines as a way to connect with my friends. Yes, I may not get to ride everything in one day, but there is always another day and another trip to KI...or to any other park. This season, lines will be long all over, so be prepared for the wait times everywhere! I would love to see KI bring back the water features. There were so many relaxing spots throughout the park where there were fountains, and they are all gone. I think every theme area, with the exception of Action Zone had a fountain or running stream (pre Action Zone there were ponds in the area). Those fountains/streams were nice to just sit down, watch and unwind for a while. I guess I'm saying I'd like to see atmosphere return to the park.

For me, a coaster design is art. With Banshee it's fluid in its track direction. From the tower view on cam it reminds me of a gymnastic ribbon ballet. Plus the loops appear to be timed equally to give it that dancing motion. I think it will be a sight to see when it is operating.

It has 32 seats. That seems reasonable to me for a queue line ride.

Does it look like Octberfest pond is about a foot or two shallower today? There seems to be a rough, dark gray area aound its edges.

It looks like they are taking pavers out....might just be taking the path out because it leads to a dead end with out the bridge.

Yay! The other side of the vertical loop is up!!! Woo hoo!!! one more piece and all the looping elements are up... then the inline roll is the only inversion left!

Might want to wait until the Media Day date is official before starting a countdown. April 17 is the tentative date. Oh, alright...it's a tentative countdown....lol.
