Tomb Raider was NOT the first Top Spin. It WAS (and IS) the only Giant Top Spin. There is doubtless a reason no others have been built.

I'm not gonna spend my hard earned money to ride some "clone" no matter what the color scheme is. It's like driving GM's cookie cutter cars - they're all alike except for different trim and extra pieces of sound insulation under the rug.
There are too many parks and they are charging too much - food included. They're already starting to lose money. So until something radical comes along, bah-humbug to the same old things.
well sometimes "clones" are better than the first. for instance other top spins are better than tomb raider, which correct me if i am wrong was the first top spin

So here's the list if they really just don't get creative at all.
Congo Falls to become Falls
Top Gun to become Gun
Italian Job Stunt Track to become simply Stunt Track (not too bad on this one)
Drop Zone to become Drop
Paramount Story to become the Story
Tomb Raider the Ride to become The Ride
Flight of Fear to become Fear (Nice..... though I don't think this one is affected)
Wings to become W'angs
Delirium (dont think this one is affected but for the fun of it) becomes Delirious (sp?)
Days of Thunder to become Thunder Raceway (wish it would become extinct honestly but that's probably the name it will be)
I know some of these have been said before so I'm not trying to steal anyone's thunder just putting it in list form here for fun I have no real idea what the names will become. As far as other parks I could see Borg Assimulator becoming simply Assimulator and Tomb Raider Firefall to simply Firefall etc....
why would you change the name of Flight of Fear? i thought this was already done when they dropped outer limits.

i was just wondering do you think that Cedar Point will ever get rid of their water park in order to make room for new roller coasters? sorry if there is already something on this

i vote for boomerang bay just because it is the only water park in greater cincinnati i have been to and it lessons the crowds in Kings Island

even if the put the king cobra back up i would be happy.
heck we still have it in storage behind Son of Beast and in Flight of Fear
i thought the "graveyard" was to the right of the old animal sheds.

i have only been stuck on two rides
1) Adventure Express for about two or three minutes
2) the italian job for about five minutes
i am pretty sure that nether was because of block breaks because, on Adventure Express they were only running two trains and because on the italian job there can be a train in the loading station, one in the unloading station, and one right behind the one in the unloading station and we were stuck where the helicopter shoots at you.

SOB is fine as is, it just needs a 3rd train.
The last thing SoB needs is a 3rd train.
Even when SoB first opened and the majority of the known World did not know SoB was like going through traction, it only ran 2 trains.
Why would it need a 3rd now if it didn't need it then?
1) increase capacity
2) make line shorter
3) there will always be a train in the station insted of waiting 30 sec. for the next train to enter
and besides the run time on the old Son of Beast was shorter than it is with the new trains

As for coaster_junky's comment, you probably are thinking of The Golden Kingdom, the new themed area at Great Adventure.

My daughter learned Sweet Escape from hearing it in the queue lines this year. Now she gets so excited when it comes on in the car. It's so funny hearing "Woohoo, Yeehoo" from the backseat.
And the dancing kitties just scare me!
Nobody's saying Woho! after riding the back of The Beast!

Perhaps in your world. That is NOT the industry definition. Gemini is steel, Adventure Express is steel, Villian is wood, the Coney Island Cyclone is wood (you would apparently call it a hyper...along with Villian).
why would i call them a hyper? none of them are over 200' tall

We don't need another ride named something Hawk. That would be just plan silly to have 2 rides end with the name Hawk.
well we have two rides that's name's end with beast. do you think that is silly?

Top Gun is a perfectly good ride and I personally enjoy the walk. To many americans these days are to lazy, sorry if that upsets some people but its the truth no one goes out for a good walk anymore just to walk and take in the scenery. I love top gun especially the swinging end into the brakes that never gets old.
that is the only part of the ride i like. and your right i always think i am going to slam intothe support right by the begaining of the break run

Tell me about it. I remember during the summer they would make announcements over the intercoms ALL OVER THE PARK saying " Hi, I'm dora! Remember to come to the Children's Theater to watch me play with the Dancing Chicken!" UGH!
i would most likely apreciate the ride more if it was longer and had a shorter walk back to it

Ummm, okay. But the Safari at Jackson is far, far older than two years old, and draws huge crowds still.
i thought that the safari was something new that the park put in with kingda ka, but i don't pay that much attention to Six Flags Great Adventure to have known that
