I agree with those who say they need the space for a new coaster in 2011! With KI, KD, Carowinds, CW and WOF getting new coasters (not to mention the relocation of the GL rides) over the last few years, and CP's most recent being 4 years old as of 2011, I would say that CF's "flagship park" will be long overdue for a new coaster at that point!!

Jury verdicts are what they are..... You never know what a jury will do, which is why most cases settle.... And remember that the money that will be paid to the plaintiff was held by the insurance company for over three years, while they invested or collected interest on it, which reduces their loss.

If you ride a water ride on a cold October day, you take your chances...

El Toro is 181 feet tall and is loved by many people. Adding 19 feet is surely possible and doable. In time, we will see wooden hypercoasters.

I was once asked at the park entrance if I had a season pass, while I was holding it in my hand in the process of putting it back into my wallet.

IMO, the worst coaster I have ever ridden is Mean Streak. You are trimmed two thirds of the way down the first drop, then it is just slow and long and boring.... The first time I rode it, I told my kids "I am going to get out and walk. I'll meet you back at the station."

The whole pay per ride concept defeats the purpose of a season pass!
