I think I have found the solution to the problem of having to carry this cup. I am going to check with the park. My idea is to peel the sticker off my Banshee cup and hold on to the bar code, since they need that to scan for the refill. Then use this for my drink. http://www.rei.com/product/670588/nalgene-wide-mouth-cantene-32-fl-oz Sent from a signal coming out of the Vega system.

Landmark ONE HUNDRED MILLIONTH Racer Ride Coming Soon!
Oldschool75 replied to BoddaH1994's topic in Kings Island
Maybe there is a reason that has to do with The Racer itself. Maybe she will get some love over the off season; and they want to show it off to the 100,000,000 rider??? Hard to say, maybe tours are booked?? Who knows. I will be there Sat, so after I get my 50th on Banshee, maybe I might hit the old lady up for some rides ( I mean The Racer, get your mind out of the gutter) Sent from a signal coming out of the Vega system. -
Hey guys, didn't know if this would belong here or another part of the forum. I have an extra general admission ticket and parking pass for this Saturday 7/26 for sale for $40. My company picnic is that day and I had bought an extra ticket and parking pass for someone who can't go now. They are both only good for 7/26. I know most have passes here, but if you know someone looking for a ticket and parking pass, here is an opportunity to save a couple of bucks. Send me a message if interested. Thanks Sent from a signal coming out of the Vega system.

I would say she is done for good. Especially since none of the KI reps on this forum have spoke up about it.
-
Yeah I'm sure more like 2-4 million. She needs a lot of work. I don't think it will happen, but if it does; I think maybe for KI's 50th. Sent from a signal coming out of the Vega system.

Anything can be reverse engineered and duplicated to the original specs......albeit, given enough money Exactly, that is why I mentioned ROI ( return on investment). They are not going to spend a lot of money on a part if ridership is low. In turn the land could be more valuable with something else there. I'm sure the park would like to keep profit per sqft up, not down. Especially, when they want to save the cost of expanding usable park space Sent from a signal coming out of the Vega system.

Makes me wonder. Why would they now just take the cars down?? Almost seems like they tried to fix it, maybe the part is no longer available, or maybe the ROI shows it's not worth fixing and they have decided to remove it?

And some more padding. Lol I would be happy with a more refined year long meal plan and a season long drink plan Sent from a signal coming out of the Vega system.

It was also made with real sugar, not corn syrup back then. Much better taste.Sent from a signal coming out of the Vega system. Just don't get too reminiscent like this guy did. Lol -

. Take a really close look at the dot to the left. If you look hard enough you will see it's the worlds smallest violin. Shall I play it for you? Sent from a signal coming out of the Vega system.

Ninja at SFMM Accident
Oldschool75 replied to Nick_Plummer's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
Glad no serious injuries as of current news. I saw a picture of the tree that hit the track. This coaster will probably be down for some time. I'm sure they will have to X-ray a large portion of track and supports to check for cracks. I can only assume some structural damage may have occurred. And with a steel ride this age and how forceful this Arrow is, they will be triple checking everything. I can also assume parks around the country, if not the world; will be doing some evaluation of trees around any coasters or rides in the next days and weeks Sent from a signal coming out of the Vega system. -

I can see The Bat being shut down until a further investigation is completed. -

Just because Don said you will did out this fall does not mean it's haunt related, hence Banshee's announcement; then again u could be haunt related. Sent from a signal coming out of the Vega system.
