I have some great ones from school. -KI used to have taxis that took you around the park. -"The Lara Croft Ride" no longer goes upside down. -"The Demonback" was added to KI for 2009. -The Bat is still sitting in storage behind SoB. -SoB's loop is returning.

There's a difference between pointing out similarities/differences in a landscape and drawing in an entire coaster's layout.

Whoops, I thought you were suggesting that the person asking the question should read KINGSISLANDMASTER's post. Nevermind!
-
I really wish I could find the music that would play when the movie was not showing- it was very catchy!

Fixed? Nevermind, my bad!

I am 99% sure that Action Theater will be operating in 2010.

I have it on my iPod, along with 7th Portal.

The terrain doesn't match very well.

Last year, we watched the Diamondback POV in my science class, and worked out some simple physics problems about the ride. I miss freshman science.

I think we all remember Busch Garden's last GCI...

Does anyone have an aerial pic of the SOB land before SOB was built? I'm trying to compare the terrains, but it's nearly impossible using the Google Maps terrain pic.
-
I'm calling it.

My guess would be YES. We are CF's third most visited seasonal park (source, page 10), so, if anyone's going to get a new coaster during CF's hard times, it's going to be us. Here's hoping! It looks like another Prowler... would they dare to reuse the SoB concept?

(source: Google Maps) To sum up my thoughts on this...

Personally, I think KI is pretty well covered in the family coaster department- Top Gun, Adventure Express, Racer, Little Bill, Reptar, FOC, and Backlot. I wouldn't mind having a kick-butt woodie, especially maybe in an area formerly occupied by KI's biggest "inside" joke...

Why doesn't Cedar Fair do this!?

I could swear I heard that much of The Beast's support structure is original, but I can't remember where I heard that. -
Courtesy of my good ol' McDougal Littell Geometry book, the same book that talked about "the Milenium Force". Does anyone else notice the three major problems with this "water ride"? And, if this is part of it, I wonder what the rest looks like!

I think the logo is okay, but... a. it's obviously inspired by the TV Guide logo. The last thing CF needs at the moment is a lawsuit over that... and, b. I was expecting something a lot more cartoony- like the Action Theater logo, sort of.

No. We even have a Giant Top Spin for kids!

Wild West World founder...fraud

When the whole WWW debacle happened, I felt kind of bad for the guy. That's becoming increasingly less so. -
If it makes you feel better, I once saw an adult puke after riding Little Bill (that sounds dirty). I've also seen a protein spill on Cedar Creek Mine Ride...

My Geometry book talks about "The Milenium Force" at Cedar Point. One time my US History teacher talked about the Antique Cars at KI... except he was just sure that they drove guests around the entire park... on the pedestrian paths... I didn't have the heart to correct him.

Does anyone else ever use jokes that only people who know a lot about KI would understand? For example... One time, I was in front of someone who also is obsessed with KI in my school's lunch line. I was putting toppings on my burger, and when I picked a pickle slice up with the tongs, I turned around and said "Hey! The last one!". Hilarity ensued. I've also been known to make the occasional SoB reference when referring to something bad (that test was a real son of a beast...).
