Got two before 11 AM on 8/22/11 Final break run for DB (on brown train): A Boy behind me: "We should not ride the brown train any more, it feels like it is coming off the track."Boy 2: "I don't see a brown coaster." Boy 1 - "No, the train we are on now see it is brown." After getting off The Beast a few gentlemen around 50 years old. Guy 1 - "Man, The Beast is not as smooth as I remember. It is getting old." Guy 2 - "Maybe it is the rider getting old." Guy 1 "True, but I think they are going to retire that ride real soon." A funny personal conversion: Later, in queue for AE the train before ours was dispatched and the ride op states - "AE, KI's only Hybrid coaster." I turned to my wife and said, "So how many people in the station think AE gets really good gas mileage?" After a quick laugh and not knowing if my wife actually knew the answer I said "Since you are a card carrying coaster club member, what is a hybrid?" My wife got it right. I was so proud.

I rode CCMR for the first time at Coaster Mania with Avatar this year and liked most aspects of the ride, but I did not like the restraints on the trains. They do not release very far making hard to board and they have to go down so far compared to AE. That was the drawback of the ride for me.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. It is making me want to grab my son and take him over for another day at KI, even though school has started for us here in Indy. The last time he was at KI he was at the 46" mark and mad cause he could not ride DB. True Ride Warrior! I am hoping for a 2" growth spurt before the 2012 season. Then Mommy is never going to see the boys on free days!

I actually have a droid x and after a reboot and clearing of cache, I still only get the normal version even after clicking the mobile version. Is it just me or do others see the same issue. I know I am not the only member with an andriod phone.

It is one of my favorites rides during haunt! A lot of fog seems to stay in that low area and makes for a very cool ride!

I little confused about this one ajwinters. Do you not consider WS a flat? As far as a flat I have no desire for something that I can ride at a county or state fair. I want something unique and original. That is why I was excited for WS. I would like to see another family coaster though!

I just tried KIC on my phone since the update, and I do not seem to have a mobile version. It looks the same and when I click on use mobile version it refreshes, but nothing changes. Anyone else seeing this? I am using a droid.

I rode it for the first time this season at CP. This was my first trip to CP in 16 years and really loved it. Great thrill ride! I would not mind seeing one at KI.

I thought they were assigning seats on Maverick as well. I could be wrong though?

I had been seeing the same thing over the past few weeks. I just thought it was me. The update seems to have resolved it. Thanks Dane! As per invision, there is no more profile pictures, just one image to be used as your avatar and profile picture. It was set to default to keep your avatar and delete your profile picture. It did mine fine, I dont know why it didnt do yours. As I said, there was issues with some SQL queries. I think a single pic is more than sufficient. It is looking good!

I am not sure I believe the part about where this was all Kinzel's idea. It seems only a week or so after Mr. Ouimet came by KI as the new President, Fast Lane made it's debut. I do feel that Fast Lane is here to stay. No matter if you like it or not, FL is another revenue source for KI. The question for me is if they will be investing into a more electronic system as we have discussed, or leave it as is.

Dane, I really appreciate all the work on this. Being someone who is in IT and managing a few websites, I understand the frustration when things don't go as planned. Would it be possible to also work on our main page? For someone visiting the site they see under attractions new for "2007", the rides list is not up to date, park history has not been updated since 2008. Getting all those details up to date would sure make us look a lot more knowledgeable and passionate about the park we all love.

Glad you had a great day at the park with "the boy." I sure hope he has a name! As far as SOB, it has been sitting SBNO since mid season 2009.
