Probably, before discovery, a lawsuit is filed against ALL possible parties. So If you were to sue McDonald's over a hot cup of coffee you would sue the coffee company, McDonalds, the cup maker, the lid maker, the brewery machine maker, and any other possibly affiliated parties! True!

I agree, that is something that GG would also have to take into consideration, but has anyone filed a lawsuit against the manufacturer of the current trains on SOB? Since a lot of people blame them for the terrible ride on the on the track anyway? I think it would be cool to have a current train and a timberliner on the track and be able to ride one after another and see the difference they would make! Just me dreaming away again.

I wonder if the new Timberliner trains would weigh in under the recommended train weight limit for SOB? I think if custom trains were built for SOB, it could be salvaged. Then again this would hinge on CF's willingness to further invest in it. Just a thought!

They are probably blocking it with their internet filter. I would contact them and see if that is the issue.

When KC was removed I heard that it was being taken out because the ground was sinking by other guests. At the time it seemed reasonable on the reasoning, but always wondered why they did not just move it to a different part of the park or something? This rumor seems to fly all the time with the GP.

I see they have not repainted that rest room over in now PS in the picture of DB lift. I wonder if they just took the Nick logo off and left the rest?

Nice PTR Railrider. Since I live about 15 to 20 minutes away from ICM. I took my 4 year old this year for the first time and could not get him out of the train section, he enjoyed it a lot.

The LA Times reports on the Top 10 Wooden Coasters. The Top 10 is dominated by woodies at smaller parks along the Midwest coaster belt, a 1,000-mile stretch roughly following I-70 through Missouri, Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The biggest issue I have with it is that most slogans should roll off your tongue easily, this does not. I agree Hooky, when you say it out loud it leaves you thinking "What?"

The amount of people that are not going to buy passes or go to the park because SOB is still in operation is going to be a hand full of people compared to the amount of GP that walks into KI wanting to ride that really big wood coaster sitting over in Action Zone that they have never seen before, and don't know what it is even called. Secondly, the people that complain about SOB are going to go to the park to see what is going on with it as well. Just my thoughts.

Don does a good job of using these webresources. Most businesses understand that this is key to bringing in more business. Fine example of this is Holiday World and Indiana Beach. HW isvery involved with their blog, FB, Twitter, and they use it all the time.Indiana Beach has a blog called View From the Crow's Nest, but only has had 3updates in the last 6 months. They do not have a twitter, and no official FBpage. It is easy to get excited about going to HW, not so much for IB, and I amvery partial to IB due to going a lot as kid.
