I wanna say the reporter doesn't exactly know what's going in...and that'd be a huge jump in size for wing coasters Edit: only 65 mph for a 300+ foot tall coaster...? And wow, an additional 400,000 guests just from that!

I respectfully disagree. ERT first thing in the morning will get you on the ride with the shortest wait times.I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it won't matter if there's ERT or not. I'd guess there would be a ton of people there for ERT; therefore, the ride will simply start operating a half hour (or hour) earlier than other rides. Yes, you'd ride sooner, but I don't see there bring a shorter line at 9:30 vs 10Edit: forgot to say that I'll likely be in said line to rude ASAP that morning. Unless, of course, I manage to make my way into media day

I rode The Beast on Saturday night at approximately 1:15 am. It was the perfect ride to end on. This was also the first time in four years I didn't make it to the park on the last operating day.

Yes KI has thought of the possibility of deer being on the track. The trains for The Beast all have deer whistles on them to hopefully scare the deer into moving

^I believe the Haunt inside the old Crypt building has an elevator to take guests down a level. What if this "cleaning" is simply a precursor to the rest of the ride being removed? (I feel like someone had to say it haha)

So guests with disabilities were previously granted immediate access?? I have no issues with the change.

Currently they have both sides of the final support in place, without the top that connects the left and right columns. When they are like this, they're center of gravity would appear to be not over the base of the columns, meaning they would naturally want to fall. Am I the only one amazed at the amount of torque that these must be placing on the footers? I'm assuming this is why the lift hill foundations had giant "well" in their centers....

The best ride I had on Diamondback this year was on the brown train, right side, second row from the back. It was super smooth, very little shaking, and very forceful! I like Vortex in 5-1 and 7-1. Flight Deck: front row. Flight of Fear: front row of any car.

The lift is incredibly steep

I believe the first weekend of Haunt is generally "less" crowded than the rest. However, I'd still expect the park to be very crowded next Saturday. It'll likely just get worse and worse each Saturday though.
