  1. How did you get on that quick? Because even for the single riders line, don't you have to wait in the line that extrends back into Rivertown/NU? I mean, 10 minutes is rediculous!
  2. Wow, you deprived person. My first and third ride was in the very back seat, and it was... AMAZING!!! Anyways, you talked to the area surpervisor. Am I correct in assuming that to go in the single riders line, you have to wait in the queue before the official queue begins?
  3. Yeah. I got there at about 8:45 and left at about 5:45. In that time, my neck, face, and arms turned so red. My arms and face are pink now, but the back of my neck is still really red. I skipped most of the big rides. The only coasters I rode was Diamondback three times, Racer twice (one red, one blue), and BLSC. I was surprised that the park wasn't more crowded than it was. I would have ride more, but I didn't feel like waiting an hour or more for something when I could only wait 25 minutes for Diamondback. Anyways, the only person that I am aware of seeing is Tom##527. (the ## are two numbers that I can't remeber). I was wearing blue pants with a blue sweatshirt and a Bengals jacket some. Then I was wearing forest green Sycamore Avews shorts with a gray Sycamore basketball shirt. Then I changed into my Diamondback first rider shirt. If someone saw me, let me know!! Also, I saw Don Helbig by the Eiffel Tower at about 10 am.
  4. Are Sundays usually not crowded this early in the season? Must you rub it in that you got two night rides when some us got none? Anyways, I waited about 2.5 hours for my first ride, 20 for my second, and about 25-30 for my third. I was going to ride a couple of more times, but my mom was getting tired and wanted to leave.
  5. Sounds more like you were at Cedar Point than Kings Island. I smell the Cedar Fair attitude bellowing downward........sigh..... I thought all of the people working at Diamondback were really nice today. The people working at the queue were really nice and the person assigning seats was nice and let me request my seats. But, there was one REALLY rude worker that was working the exit gate when I was getting off once.
  6. Sorry you didn't get to ride. I got stapled because of the thighs but just made it. I did see the Dyson dryers. Those things are weird. Actaly every restroom got those. I think those dryers are great! They dry my hands really fast. Actually, not every restroom got the new dryers. I think it is the really small 'boys' restroom by the Central Grill that didn't have them. but one of the men's restroom I went in didn't have the new dryers. Also, I asked my mom about them and she said some of the women's restroom didn't have them. But anyways, I do love those dryers. They do dry my hands really fast.
  7. Actually, only waited about 25 minutes for my second two rides. It is only about an hour wait after you go under the sign, unless you go in the single riders line. There was little downtime and no e stops that I'm aware of. I don't think the restraints reduced air time. All you have to do is leave a little space. I left about an inch and I floated over ever hill.
  8. Oh yeah, both of my back row rides I got wet on my arms. I was going to see how wet I could get, but I was afraid to test to see how forceful the water was. I didn't want something really bad to happen to my arm. Also, I don't think you have to beg. Just ask politely. I asked if I could have the back row, and they told me yes. All of the workers at Diamondback, except for one, seemed very nice today. The seat assigning was very bad.
  9. I thought it was slightly bumpy, but it is nothing to complain about. I did get a slight headache from all three of my lines, but it was from the extreme G's that I'm not used to, I think. No zoso beast, you're not crazy. I absolutely LOVED all of the theming that was done in the Rivertown area this year!! I thought the entire area around Diamondback, from the Eiffel Tower side to The Beast entrance and BLSC, and the Diamondback entrance looked AMAZING!!! :) :)
  10. Well, that was totally wrong. I got in line about 9:15 and was told it would be about 4 hours. It only took 2.5 hours. Also, the line stretched back to about the first drop, but even at that, it was no where near 5 or six hours. For the line to be that long, it would have to continue going around Rivertown and go back to the Eiffel Tower with the way the line moves. Also, the line by 2:30 was down to about 25 minutes if you use the single riders line.
  11. Somewhere, dare-to-fly is smiling, but at the same time finds himself wondering how long that will last. Well. that didn't last too long, unfortunately. Today, I rode Diamondback three times. The first ride, the trim didn't catch, but the MCBR did. The second and third rides, the trim definitely caught on. The train slowed down quite a bit. Although, after the trim caught, we were still flying. I was amaazed how fast you really are going on the hammerhead and even going into the MCBR. The MCBR only caught a little bit my second two rides.
  12. What do you mean abusing the single riders line? I saw almost nobody in the line all day. Every five or ten minutes I would see a couple of people go through it, but that was it. And plus, somebody should go through it. On almost every train I saw, there was at least one open seat, sometimes five or six!
  13. Hey. I think I'm probably in one of TopThrill's bottom two pictures, or both. Great pictures both of you. Wow, from the time you got in line at 8:59 and waited 45 minutes, I got in line around 9:15-9:30 and had to wait 2.5 hours. Oh well, it was well worth it and then I rode it two more times and didn't wait more than 30 minutes for either.
  14. Hey Jackson. First, I would like to say I hope you had a wonderful time this morning! Yes, you, unfortunately, have to wait in the line that stretches back to (where ever). This morning, it went to nearly The Beast, this afternoon, it was at Central Grill. Once you wait in line and then go through the three rows of external queue lines (the ons before you go under the Diamondback sign), then you are allowed to go into the single riders line. Today, I waited about fifteen minutes and then went to single riders line, and then I waited about twenty five minutes and then went to the single riders line. Overall, I waited about 2.5 hours this morning for my first ride, and then I rode it twice later in the day. The two later rides, I didn't have to wait even 30 minutes for either. I know, it sucks that you have to wait in line before the single riders line, but oh well.
  15. I've only ridden Delirium once and we waited about 30 minutes for it. The queue wasn't totally filled, but it wasn't by any means really empty. It was probably a little more than half way filled.
  16. Haha . That is funny. But remember, they're with the media. They won't get in trouble. I wonder id Dayton Daily News saw that person and then took the picture, or if it was an accident? If the latter of the two, I doubt they even realize it!
  17. Well, there are no guarentees, but if you get in line by about noon, you should probably still get a shirt, if the line isn't too long.
  18. I was going to say that, but I didn't want to bring Lil' Sammy back again. Uh oh. It's Lil' Sammy back, but this time, with a Vengence ! Bwahahahahahaha! That sounds like something Lil' Sammy would say.
  19. Don't you mean a $22,000,000 waste? But no, I'm definitely not scared of Diamondback!
  20. Ok. First off, you are waaaaayyyy behind. Yes they are done with the big lift coaster, also known as Diamondback. Yes, it's near the Crypt, also it's near: LaRosa's, Rivertown Junction, some trees, BLSC, The Beast entrance, and some other things that are slipping my mind right now. Yes, it's called Diamondback (aforementioned in this post). You could try reading the first few pages of the topic to find out about the coaster (Diamondback). That would tell you quite a bit. Then you could read the last few pages that tells you a little bit more. Obviously, I don't expect you to read all 496 pages and 7400+ posts, but you could try reading a little bit. I'm trying to be rude, but more of trying to help you. Alos, there is an "Edit" button so you can edit your posts. Your two posts that I quoted could have been put into one. Yeah, the escort idea is good and it will help with safety and it'll prevent people from being shoved and stuff, but I was hoping to be able to run to the line so I wouldn't have to wait behind so many people. But don't worry, I wouldn't trample anyone from this site . People are friends, not food!
  21. Yes. Diamondback FOF who just HAD to. I'm sure they probably have been placed on, but IDK.
  22. I'm going through Nickelodeon Universe on opening day. You may not be. At 8:45 people are being escorted back and then they will probably have all paths but one blocked off until almost 10. They don't want people running all throughout the park.
  23. Yeah, I know. I had thought about it and I meant to type will, but I ended up typing can. I was in a hurry last night because I was ready to go to bed.
  24. How does Don Helbig know? Also, if you find out what time, can you PM me so I can watch it or record it? Also, what channel was it for? Last question, can someone please post it on Youtube tomorrow? PS- I don't need any 'Yes' answers from you Terpy . Or (insert name) either .
  25. What?! I am offended! You are going to get rid of us? Diamondback FOF who is funnin' ya and just HAD to . I think you mean most of your riding in the morning .
