The film crew arrived late - just before the park opened to the public. An immediate re-ride wasn't permitted, so they ran out of time.

I've had enjoyable rides on Mean Streak - in seasons up to and including this one. I've also had boring rides and a few rough enough to make me wish for a MCBR evac. Then there was that one back row ride that ejected the MicroSD card from inside my phone (which was in an OtterBox case & secured in a cargo pocket). It also left me with a massive headache for the next hour.

I suggest a trip to Knoebels. Kings Island does have healthier options at some locations; you might try Reds Hall of Fame Grille in Rivertown and the Coca-Cola Refresh Station in Oktoberfest. Noting: this is a family site, so I suggest editing out the abbreviation that precedes "salad".

Just noting: on Banshee's announcement day, The Beast along with all attractions in Action Zone closed in advance of the announcement. The Beast was closed so that they would be clear to launch fireworks immediately following the announcement. I'm sure announcements of any early ride closures will be made throughout the day, so everyone can get their rides in beforehand.

On a hot day at Dorney Park last Sunday, the parking lot was full. Most coaster trains were about half full, and Thunderhawk had a one cycle wait with one-train operation. We really appreciated the waterpark that day.

Superfans of the park knew much more about Banshee prior to the announcement than they now know about Project 2017. The hype on KIC sort of died down last month when trolling persisted longer than it should have.

Just noting... eight days before the announcement, and posters in this thread still haven't reached a consensus regarding the height, launch/lift mechanism, or even the ride manufacturer.

I suppose it's appropriate that our big present is unveiled during Chistmas in July.
