  1. I didn't intend on spawning a bunch of posts correcting his grammar. It's just a pet peeve of mine.
  2. Pet peeve alert. Pet peeve alert. Pet peeve alert. Can anyone find it?
  3. Wow. Why did they get rid of the waterfall?
  4. What? Last year's Haunt sucked more than any other year. In terms of attractions I thought it was the best.
  5. It actually is too early. But for this season I hope everything comes back except Mysteria; please just get rid of it. Last year's Haunt was the best yet and I'd like it to stay that way.
  6. Cincinnati doesn't really have bad crime, but it does for the population. Take Cincinnati's crime and replace it with Chicago's crime and it would be unsafe to walk anywhere near Cincinnati. Anyways, like the above post, Kings Island is located in a nice area, far from downtown. Although if Kings Island was 5 minutes from Cinci I'd still go without worrying about crime, that's mainly in Over The Rhine - you don't find it around Fountain Square, Hyde Park, and other neighborhoods.
  7. Yes, you have to message an admin. Which reminds me, I feel pretty stupid now, because I've had three different names on KIC: Firehawk123, CincyMan98, and now, jdawg1998. Oh, God. Why.
  8. Don't you go to Moller? Now Colerain, that's a poor school! Yes, I go to Moeller. We don't have a lot of money - since it's a private school, Moeller makes its own money (which isn't a lot) - plus they already pay for a LOT. Every week it seems like there's some type of fundraiser or way to give the school money!
  9. That reminds me of how every time I went through a Haunt maze, the scareactors would scream my name because they heard my friends screaming it...
  10. My school is too poor to go anywhere.
  11. All of this really makes me sad. Sad that I never got to experience it, that is. I went to Kings Island during the Hanna-Barbera days and when everything was themed to a Paramount movie, but I don't remember it at all. :'(
  12. I don't think, I know, why do you like to ask questions Terp? BB1 trying to create a paradox of questions of questions. How is this a paradox?
  13. Notice anything different? https://www.facebook.com/visitkingsisland
  14. 2009. That was the year I really got into roller coasters (thanks to Diamondback), so I joined here to talk about it.
  15. I love this idea. Great job showing it, too! They could add a new restaurant or a couple new small attractions on that path as well.
  16. Well, it is owned by a family entertainment company that specializes in mini golf, go karts, etc., so I can see it in the future.
  17. How about this - make the burriots and sell them somewhere else...anywhere BUT an area themed to Germany. In Coney Mall or Action Zone it'd be fine. Then they could make the building more German-related without having our burritos taken away.
  18. If that is so, may we have a new coaster for Oktoberfest than Action Zone? Once again, from 0-SOB in 73 posts or more Actually, your post had nothing to do with SOB, not really sure where you got that from.
  19. Oh, LOL. If only Scooby wasn't in the way.
  20. What is Rosa's Recipe? Is that the fudge shop?
  21. Yeah, I've noticed how obsessed most of you guys are about spelling & grammar...I like people to use it correctly too, but, it's not like we're gonna say "YOU DIDN'T CAPATLIZE THE FIRST LETTER OF THE SENTENCE! That's against TOS. Banned forever!" - that's being very nitpicky...
  22. So the Monster we have today is not the original Monster? My whole life has been a lie!!!
  23. Never heard of Murica before, so the first thing I saw when I read the title was:
  24. I see you did not mention Harry Potter & The Forbidden Journey. Please tell me you rode it. If not, you missed out on a LOT. I'm envious you got to experience New Fantasyland, as I went in June last year and it wasn't open yet. Oh, well. Maybe next time. Also I love the point you made in the last paragraph. I love how Disney hasn't built some big, fast roller coaster just for the sake of breaking records. They have Expedition Everest and Rock n' Roller Coaster but the experience along with it is amazing. Kings Island (and every other Cedar Fair & Six Flags park) is so generic that it gets kind of boring after awhile (I still love it though) but Disney World and Universal are both amazing experiences that I can never get tired of, because it's so amazing to immerse yourself in what's happening around you. At Kings Island, a day typically goes like this: "Let's go ride Diamondback." "Okay." "That was fun." "Wanna go on The Beast?" "Yeah, sure." A day at Disney World is full of "wow!" and "that made me cry!" and etc., etc.
