I had an issue yesterday at Mystic, instead of the operator pulling up to make sure the lap bar was locked, the operator pushed down with all of his weight and knocked the wind out of me. Then I brought it to another ops attention and they were making excuses for the behavior. I would think so. I have an exit pass from last Saturday that's good for one time use any day. I waited 5 hours on Saturday and because of the incident didn't get to ride.
