Having access to BLSC will give a closer walk to FOF and Firehawk when the park opens.I think they made excellent choices for ERT. They covered two extreme rides and two rides that are just right for others.

If they want to mess with the fountain,turn it into ice this winter so my kids can skate on it like I did!

I seen several people order the pulled pork and it did look really good,were going to order it friday!

My ribs were awesome,my wife didnt care much for her grilled chicken sandwich,said it wasnt seasoned and was just very plain.Next time I want to order the fried pickles(big fan),did anybody have any and were they good?

Im guessing the password is password? We were so tempted to buy fastlane but just couldnt bring myself to fork up that kind of money.I will just save it for the fourth of July like last year. My wife told me that friday night before KI opening I asked her if she was a ride monster four times in my sleep! I dont remember any of it but Im guessing I was meaning ride warrior!

I observed the first rider on The Beast must be pretty fast,he was by himself,front seat.I thought I was going to make the first train but ended up on the fourth.

Next time Im going to skip the chips and upgrade to the french fries.I was eating my chips while staring at the gentleman's french fries sitting next to me.

Im glad we didnt take the kids(there going friday). It was packed!! We got right on The Beast(4th train and faster and smoother than I can remember!),looked at DB line and said"No Thanks",waited for opening and got right on BLSC,Racer,AE,then Flightdeck. Every line was packed after that so we just walked around.We sat at the Reds Griile Bar and had lunch,it was really good(Ribs were awesome)! The bartender(Heather) was great,to bad they didnt give her much help! She needs a tip from KI for what they put her through! I would have quit and Im being serious! I didnt complain but our food took forever,the manager covered our bill with out me saying a word! I was very happy he did that,Im sure they will get in a flow of things and I will definetly eat there again! By the way,thanks for holding the door open for us jcgoble3(seen photos and the KICentral shirts!) when you were counting the number of people in your party! I was going to say hello to all of you but we had been in there forever and I like to talk alot so I got the lets go look from the wife! We didnt ride any more rides because of the lines so we went to DA,was worth every penny,we loved it and I have to take the kids next time! I also noticed no seatbelts on BLSC and Flightdeck! My wife wanted a coffee around 6pm and the line for starbucks was huge,so we just called it a night! It was a great day, a perfect day to escape the crowds at DA,the girl working sold me when she said"Its awesome,you feel like your not even at KI!" Her saying that is the only reason we did it,now I cant wait to take the kids!

You had to go to Soak City and get the burgers off the grill, those were good.

Sure you can use it.Refills is another story.

ERT is only half of what it use to be,no more funperks,there is a six story dino roaming somewhere,and 2 new restaurants I cant wait to eat at!

I just walked through KI myself yesterday(Google style). Anytime I stay in a hotel out of town I make sure to walk the streets to see where I wanna eat on google before I get there,love it! Sometimes you can even go inside the restaurant,amazing stuff these days.

Im not sure? I first heard it last season over and over in line for The Beast,then I had to buy ice cream for the 11 year old to stop saying it on the drive home! Ice cream works wonders in getting my kids to straightn up,makes me happy too.

Im going to have brain damage if I have to listen to some punk yelling "Yolo" over and over again waiting in lines for coasters again this season! I cant believe I just read that word right before the park opens,I hopes its not a sign for whats to come!

10% will have zero factor in where I decide to eat. 20%,you have my attention. 30% or more and there's a good chance thats where were eating! I could see getting Fastlane once or twice this season with 20% off, I would be shocked if every pass member got a better discount than that. I do hope we get the Soak City meal deals we got last year!

My question is who ever said funperks failed? I knew after one week of use it was set up to fail,doesnt take a genious. Maybe they did profit and now they will find a way to make it work,legit! No online printing,just everything recorded on your pass?This might take some time to figure out to use at all Cedar Fair parks? I cant speak for everyone but I know for a fact Im going to spend half the money I did last year unless they want to give out several discounts to everyone with a pass,which I highly doubt! It shall be interesting the next few years to see things take place.

Last season, while at the top of the Eiffel Tower, a guy points to the Son of Beast and asks an employee what ride that was. The employee tells him that it was The Beast and that it was soon to be torn down. The guy asks why, and the employee tells him that it was just old (over 20 years). I do realize that he could have been screwing with the guy. I didn't correct him...just giggled and walked away. Lol I believe it,I have answered questions they didnt know,and have asked questions just to see if they knew? Some know alot,some knew very little.I dont know very much either,so thats pretty sad! You should have to pass some KI history test before working the Tower.

Trust me,if you spent alot (we did) ,it was well worth having funperks.We used different cards in the family for purchases and got several great deals,half off and free fastlane was the best.The system did have several flaws though.I kept purchasing on my card that had reached level 4 because I didnt know I maxed out my rewards! I could have used a kids card to get more perks! Nobody told me I maxed out my rewards? I also had a upgraded parking reward that didnt work when I tried to use it, the lady asked me if I had already used it! I just looked at her and said"forget it!". She stopped me and apologized stating that people would try re-using the perks all the time. The system was a mess,but done properly could have been great!
